Just learned that James Ransone has passed away I don’t really know what to say. I’m so sorry to him, his family and everyone who knew him. As someone who struggles with mental illness please know things can get better suicide isn’t the answer. I’m so sorry to James, I wish he could have gotten the help he needed instead of resorting to suicide. For those also struggling I really wish you guys the best I know words don’t always help but I really encourage you to reach out and get help, you are so important and you matter so much. I know life can be terrible and trauma is so hard to recover from but it doesn’t have to end in suicide. There’s so many better days, amazing experiences, love and healing for you to experience out there. I love all of you please stay safe. And May James rest in peace

his portrayal of eddie kaspbrak is severely underrated. james eagerly stepped into the not-so-big shoes of a beloved character with such genuine enthusiasm and passion. i don’t care how many jokes he made about not studying for the role, he had every hand gesture, voice intonation, and quirk of eddie kaspbrak down to a science.

he understood the nuance of the character set before him. his eddie was a bundle of nerves, with a burst of confidence. an irritable, grouchy shell with a soft interior. a loyal, kindhearted guy who would do anything to protect his friends.

in It 2, he balanced the funny and the serious. the bravery and the fear. the joyful and the devastating.

hollywood is hard. showbiz is hard. likely made so much harder by all the terrible things it seems he’d gone through. it’s heartbreaking to know he wasn’t happy in the end, but i really hope he was able to find some peace and joy in his life. i hope he had as much fun playing eddie as i had watching him. it takes courage to step into something so big and so loved and make it your own. i just hope his loved ones will be able to heal from this loss. 💔

how do you think Henry would actually be with a little sister because all the fics I read with it make him this amazing brother who never hurts his sister and made his dad loving just to the daughter but idk it feels out of character to me😭also if he had a sister I feel like she be a full on tomboy

It could go either way. I definitely could see him being kind to his sister because of how his dad treats him but tbh I feel like he would more likely continue the cycle of abuse and be cruel to her as well. His dad would definitely be cruel to her. And I agree on her being a tom boy especially since the bowers live on a farm (not to stereotype or anything like that) Id imagine her being similar to Henry in terms of fashion :p
