Lying bear

I was NOT expecting this guy to turn out so large. He's still cute though!

Goals

New bullet journal, new goals! I’m super excited about the goals system I’ve created, which is very loosely based off the original Bullet Journal system for migrating tasks. 

I have my very big goals split up into “life goals” categories, and in order to achieve these huge goals I split them up into smaller annual goals and even smaller monthly goals (see the images for a better explanation).

I finished my old Leuchtturm bullet journal and decided to use a small ring binder for my new one. I can’t wait to be able to move pages around!

Llama!

I crocheted a llama for my friends birthday using this pattern and I’m very pleased with how it turned out.

a winter’s evening

I like the grey. The crisp cold calls to me.

Sharp at the edges. Unambiguous.

Beads of water do not evaporate from the green skin of the grass. Glass, they sit, undisturbed.

They haven’t noticed me, yet.

A freeze-frame, the branches resist movement in the still air,

Birds interrupt the silence and become part of it.

Shrill notes go unnoticed in the still neighbourhood.

Arrogant rays rupture the dullness.

Yet they are calmly smothered by the controlling clouds.

Returning the scene. To its natural, still.

Elegance. And perfection.

what is silence?

I don't think I've ever experienced it.

Sound is perpetually present.

Silence only exists in our imagination.

A dream.

A nightmare.

The ultimate.
