Hey K from plague, I know you probably still dont want to talk to me, but you know what happened to that Cream/Pearl G1 you wouldnt sell to me and instead gave away to user M? They’re trying to sell it. For 50kg. 50000 gems. Are they serious. I wouldnt have done that to a dragon I got as a gift, but I see your friend thinks differently.

I tried ranting about these things before, but DR seems to have eaten my posts so let’s try again because I’m still not over these things.
Story number 1. A few months ago someone has having a mass hatch. I stalk the threads like I tend to do. They hatched a really nice Eldritch/Moon dragon. I was interested but so were two other people, so they had an auction. I lost because I never keep money on me like that (constantly spending on projects as soon as I get it). Well, fine, got outbid, fair is fair. Fast forward to a week or so ago. I’m still periodically looking for a dragon of that color, so I do dragon search. Notice that in all the results I can’t find the exact dragon that was auctioned in the active list (I remember what its tert was as well). I switch over to search exalts and sure enough, there it it. Are you kidding me. You beat me in the auction, then exalt it. I would have bought it off of you. I wanted to actually love that dragon.
Story 2. I use dragon search a lot to look for G1s. If I find a dragon in someone’s lair that fits my criteria and clearly doesn’t look like they’re invested in the dragon (no genes, no apparel, no gene plan or anything in bio), I politely message the person and ask if the dragon is for sale. If they say yes, cool. If no, fine, I respect them and move on. So, the other day, I did just that. Found an amazing dragon, left a polite inquiry, and wait. And wait. I go refresh their page to see if they’ve been active on the forums since I messaged, ..and they had blocked me. I’m already confused and a bit salty, but it gets better. Not long after I asked, this person made a sales post selling a bunch of G1s. Someone else asks them for the same dragon, and they straight up give it away for free. Wtf, screw you. I never did anything to you, K from plague. (No ill will against the person who got it, but seriously, people irk me).
because of the asshole that gave a piss-poor excuse (or at least gave their excuse very poorly, as it reeked of snobbyness) as to why OP was blocked, i was able to find out who the blocker was AND go digging a bit to see what OP’s profile was like. i narrowed it down to two people, as the auction had a total of three and two people lost.
one of them had a friiickton of badges in their profile. the scroll bar for the profile was the size of my pinky nail, there was a lot. it was all festival stuff, your classic “im an exalting lair” message, and a link to a wishlist. kudos to you for supporting the flights my dude
the other was more clean, saying they’re genderfluid and a cancer survivor. contains a link to their wishlist, and some goals and notes.
so i gotta ask, unless they changed their profiles a bit, what the hell did you find bad about their profiles, Kaitii???

i apologize for assuming it was a snobby tone. i understand if you use that tone normally, however you have to understand the context, or rather, the lack of, when you give a reply like that. because you were giving a reply to op, perhaps you could use that tone?? but you were replying publicly, so everyone who saw op’s post and knew nothing about the situation could see it in a wrong light, like how i did. especially since you included next to nothing about the situation from your POV originally, besides your opinion on their profile.
