Oh, yeah, no... I'm good now, thanks. It's nice to meet you, Blaine. I'm Clarissa, and nope, we haven't met. I have fire and heat manipulation, but that's not what was making me sick. I just seemed to have caught a bug of sorts.

I'm pretty sure I sat there laughing at the fact that I was awake for a good twenty minutes the other night. It was definitely an experience. I'm feeling better now, though, and I'm certain that I won't cause an impromptu flamethrower near a candle anymore.

I kind of just felt like everything went haywire for a bit there. I super medicated myself on Nyquil and hoped for the best. I figured if I were sleeping, then nothing bad could happen.

I'm pretty sure that over the past few days I've looked like a walking incubation of death, and I feel the incubation part is pretty accurate. Being sick with powers should come with a warning label.
