The fan shroud is on the engine!

hey guys so uh heads up

usually when you’re ‘gluing’ car parts together when you’re rebuilding stuff (not actual glue I just can’t remember what it’s called right now) you have a little paper piece to wedge between and a slime-consistency glue

but not un-lobotomizing the two halves of the engine! that uses a whole different kind of glue with a more glue-ish viscosity! and no paper piece!

you still have to *permanently* clamp with screws and things though

Alright!!!

The shell has been at the bodyshop to get painted for *grits teeth* six months and they haven't even started...

The transmission is all done...

The engine is apart and some peices need professional fixing and the fixers keep stalling...

And the upholstery is waiting for the paint color to finish.

Also, we ordered a lot of parts and the box that came was badly damaged (I forget what, Pistons?), well 3/4 of them were missing

I’m sorry that I haven’t been keeping you guys up to date on the actual progress of my car, but anyways the shell is still at the bodyshop and both the transmission AND engine are apart and being cleaned :)
