just a blog for the endless and generally stupid mainly psycho-pass headcanons i waste my time coming up with, or at least that was the intention. I like never post here, i'm waaay to self concious to share my ideas but maybe one day..

Happy Halloween!

Here are some hc’s because we all know that Kagari is a living nightmare when it comes to Halloween things, and Divison One (but mostly Ginoza) suffers :D

- Kagari always comes to the office in costume on Halloween. Somehow, he always manages to get away with it for the whole day.

- Costume examples include; Batman, a zombie (with the help of Shion’s amazing makeup skills), a goofy clown, Slenderman, Pac Man, Ginoza. 

- He drags out Halloween for as long as possible – so if it falls on a Monday for example, the entire weekend beforehand is one long, drawn out celebration.

- Kagari invites everyone over for a themed dinner, which gets very creative (and very messy). 

- It gets messier when dinner is finished and they start on the themed cocktails and shots.

- Spooky gaming night with Yayoi! 

- Spooky movie night with the whole Division ft. the following reactions:     - Masaoka and Yayoi think they’re ludicrous, pointing out all the plotholes.    - Shion laughs through them all.     - Ginoza ends up confused and mildly disturbed.    - Akane gets really, really invested in the stories. So does Kougami, although he pretends they’re ridiculous.    - Kagari, who insists they’re not even scary at all, inevitably winds up hiding behind pillows and/or Akane, and sleeping with the light on.

possibly my worst idea;

instead of doing a proper hospital Au and having to really research and make sure your medicine is correct and possible, do a Greys anatomy au and only have to be as realistic as your average hospital tv show.  If you take bits and pieces and arcs from the different characters and scatter them across the others things work surprisingly well Also you get to be over dramatic I can see Yayoi as someone who picked a specialty before her internship and sticks with it the whole way through residency,  I can also see her as a cardiovascular surgeon. deadass she could be Christina Yang

And I can see kagari wanting to go into something like orthopedics cause you literally break bones to save lives and he just wants to say that.. but while he's going through his residency he'd eventually end up in pediatrics.  he'd just be so good with kids because he's one of them.

I can see Makishima as like the head of neuro

Kougami would probably end up a trauma surgeon

 Akane would either go into neuro or general surgery

- Kagari loves all animals but birds have a special place in his heart because they are just so loud and vibrant and also DINOSAURS. He loves reptiles too because DINOSAURS

- MARIO PARTY IN DIVISION 1! Like he forced everyone to play Mario Party with him at least once. Gino was held down on a chair so he couldn’t escape.

- Yayoi introduced him to Punk and then Kagari introduced himself to old “emo” bands. Catch him singing Panic! at the Disco songs in the hallways

Kagari Becomes Mute When Deeply Stressed

As I insinuated in my last post ‘Akane Knows Sign,’ Kagari loses his voice whenever he’s stressed (depressed?), like really stressed.

The reason for this is bc the Medical Facility somehow loses any sort of knowledge of the human psyche and believes there’s no consequence in ignoring a child for years, telling him to keep quiet, and dosing him in mind-numbing & probably debilitating drug when he’s slight stressed then leaving him there. (I’m not even a small fraction educated in medical to know that it’s shit logic.)

Of course, Kagari’s mind immediately cuts his voice off when he’s stressed bc he’s been forced to. He has been told, out loud or in-between the lines, that his voice didn’t matter, that it was pointless to say anything bc it would be ignored or punished, so it turns from not saying to just can’t.

Before Akane, the team didn’t really know what to do with this. How do you help someone when you can barely help yourself? They try (Gino is a bit nicer, Masaoka teaches him new recipes, Kou either does some sparring or helps pick out a book, Yayoi shows him music, and Shion babies) but there’s only so much they can do. It also sucks that when the stress and depression build on him, he goes into a corner and curls up, staring at the far wall. The division can’t do anything due to the fact that he can’t be bought on missions. (Technology can only go far on a physically fine body.)

This isn’t to say that Akane magically saves him with sign. Abuse like that doesn’t go away so easily or ever. It’s just nice to know that he does have a voice that’s fluid and doesn’t rely on the slow pace of texting. There’s also the fact in how the silence that’s haunted him can be filled up without the need of actual sound. He keeps his voice. It helps greatly that Akane is a mythos literature nerd who excitedly talks abt different cultures’ myths while also enjoying back to back conversation. She invites ppl to conversate, which Kagari needs.

Concept; Kagari's stupid blue and pink sweater looks like it was made for a five year old because it was A parent or relative made it for him but misread the instructions and it came out huge they didn't notice until it was done (my mom has done this before )He liked it so much he wouldn't give it back so they could fix it

CLASSIC ACTORS AU

Makishima is actually the sweetest person on set, good friends with everyone, always making sure people are doing okay after intense scenes. accidentally makes people laugh at bad moments. actually knew all the book quotes before he got the role

it’s Akane’s first big break, she’s trying to learn on the job. flubs lines horribly and looks dejected afterwards. hard to make laugh but once she starts she can’t stop

Kougami is well known, probably the biggest name actor on the show, also probably a major heart throb. basically the same on and off screen. people think he’s a method actor but he’s actually just bad at socializing 

Yayoi’s actually just trying to get her band off the ground and has very little actual interest in acting. she got on the show through pure luck (and probably her good looks)

Shion known for a few roles on other shows, probably has a small side modeling career, bit of a diva but easy to work with. swears when she flubs and doesn’t actually smoke and struggles with scenes where she has to talk with the cigarette in her mouth. goofs around with kagari and yayoi and has probably wasted the most film of anyone

Kagari is either a child actor or part of a boy band who deiced he wanted to try to be an actor. salty his character got killed off but still tries to get support for the show (and keeps bugging to do flash back episodes or something). wouldn’t stop laughing through the filming of his own death. responsible for a lot of bloopers and behind the scenes pranks

Masaoka actor that used to be a big heart throb but now that he’s older mostly plays roles as dads or in action movies as the retired cop/agent. tries to show the new actors some of the tricks of the trade

Ginoza takes his role to seriously, victim of most the behind the scenes pranks, just really wants every episode to be the best it can.  bring in snacks secretly and leaves them around for people to take

psycho-pass concept I thought up this week:

modern au where kagari is isolated his whole life because of a physical illness like having a serious immunodeficiency or something along those lines instead of sybil's bullshit. i can see him breaking out of his room at some point and almost dieing.  he'd be a kid and angry at the world and because he feels fine by his own standards, decides there's no reason he should be kept away from everything, and being a stupid kid the reaction he'd have is “fuck it”. he'd probably end up playing with some other kid in the pediatrics wing and the doctors find him and loose their minds. they'd probably find him someway to do something with other kids without leaving his bubble after he pulled something like that cause they don't want the risk again.

or to expand this; just a hospital Au where everyone is a sick kid. update: I may have done some doodles to go along with this AU

So I’ve fallen into inactivity on here again! the truth is i’m just shy and awkward so I always double think anything I go to post which leads to not posting anything at all. i’m hoping I can build up the confidence to use this account more instead of spamming my friends with head canons instead of sharing them properly. okay secondary thought: talk to me! send me your head canons! lets all talk and share our Ideas and discuss! being able to talk to people about head canons is part of why I made this account, it’s easier for me to try and reply to questions or ideas then to try and explain my own in words unprompted, if that makes sense? basically hit me up, lets chat, it’ll be fun and help me get over the fear to post!

Hey do you have any headcanons for what Kagari would do on a really slow day at work? The kind of day when time just wont pass at all.

He might have a thought that perhaps he should finish some of his unfinished (and frankly, untouched) reports, but then he thinks better of it and disregards the idea. 

Instead, he might draw a bunch of doodles until that becomes boring. So he’ll somehow sneak around to everyone’s desk and shove his pages of doodles into their desks as a surprise for them to find later. 

Obviously he’s play a few games on his console, but he’s the sort of person that can’t focus on one thing for long periods of time, so eventually that would get boring. 

I imagine he would go visit Shion and have a chat with her, as the office background would get agonizing after awhile of there being nothing to do. 

He’d spend a few minutes trying to get everyone to crack a smile, waving his hand in their face, especially bugging Gino.
