Uni "dorm" for 8 sims - 67 Marshall Avenue, $17,319

Just showing off my first build I made for my Calico Cove neighbourhood! It's a real house and I did not make up the address lol, here's the interior:

It's 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms on a 2x2 lot and yes they're full bathrooms! Did you know the communal showers don't block pathing??

I actually made this build a while ago but finally decided to decorate the exterior - aren't the ivy decorations gorgeous? (you can find them here by teaaddictyt)

My Sims 2 Neighbourhood: Calico Cove

Hiya, I started a new save about a week ago and thought I might as well start sharing what happens on my blog here! I am using the Estrella Island SC4 Map made by rumoursjr here - how beautiful is it!

However, I'm starting my save by making two young adults, so we'll need to jump into a university subhood first. I really love aelflaed's Mission State University, but I've removed all the lots this time around and am starting really simple with just making an 8-dorm lot.

I managed to fit 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a 2x2 lot! Eventually I'll get to the landscaping lol

I'm actually about 4 in-game years in already (my sims' lifespans are 4 days = 1 year, so 16 days in so far) so you can see some of my current YA sims in this screenshot. I'm gonna start posting summaries of my save from the very beginning though!
