My worry is that, according to the official rationale, they’re relying on bots to do this. I already know of people who have had posts tagged as NSFW simply because it was a close-up of a face and a bot detected “too much flesh tone”. Will posts containing the F-word be blocked? Links to sexually explicit fan fic? The use of the term “sexually explicit”?

I’d feel more comfortable if Tumblr gave a more specific, direct description of what was being banned instead of a nebulous term like “adult content”.
