Whisper

OC design set in the wonderful @error-rain404 's world! An fay jester from the Seelie court, exiled for a prank on the queen gone too far (at least it made the visiting diplomats laugh). They are the sound of crashing waves in conch shells, the whispers carried by spring breezes to the trees, and they wander around on beaches refilling the shells with secrets that were lost with their exile.
