Pissed. None of the billions and trillions of existing words could describe better Lily’s mood in that moment. It was Friday, finally, the last day of her stressful week before a sleepy weekend; yet, she didn’t feel released, not at all. Not when the day had started with an annoying confession from her stupid boyfriend Charlie. From then on the day had been getting worse, and worse, and worse, and right now Lily was probably the angriest person on the planet.

She stormed into the party with a look on her face that was all but relaxed. She didn’t even change from her teacher-assistant clothes, so she was overly elegant and serious to be at that kind of college party, but she didn’t give a shit about how people looked at her. She had waited all week to get wasted at that party, and now it was completely ruined. Well, maybe not completely, there was still a good chance she would knock herself out after what she was about to do.

Lily pushed away everyone on her way, angry enough to neglect their lowkey complains, until she got in front of whom she was looking for. “Fucking prick…”  she murmured, nervous and turbulent. She noticed a full drink. The kind of fruity juicy one, impossible to wash away from your clothes. It was in a hand, of course, but she was angry enough to don’t give a shit. She grabbed it, and splashed it on that hated face. “That’s for fucking my fucking boyfriend, you piece of shit!” she started yelling.

He still didn’t know what the fuck was going on. This girl seemed to be the exact opposite of what he wanted in his day. It was supposed to be easy, relaxed. They were going to go to a party, and they were going to have some fun. But no, this girl was going to ruin his day, if not his entire week. She just had to come into his life with this wild theory, something about her boyfriend and thinking that he was fucking him. It was ridiculous, and it was frustrating him. “I’m pretty sure that’s racist, first off.” Well, he didn’t feel offended, but if she was going to call him out for something he didn’t do, Orion was going to get right back at her.

“I wouldn’t know the difference. But clearly you weren’t sucking your boyfriend’s well enough.” Oh, that was harsh. It was a bit more than he expected to say, but Orion wasn’t going to just take this sitting down. Finally, he took a deep breath. “Look, can you at least stop yelling at me and we can… Step aside. You know I didn’t do this, you know that for a fact. So don’t pretend like you’re doing this for any other reason than to be angry at someone.”

“How the fuck should that be racist!? It’s a fucking somathic trait, from greek sōmatikós, meaning sōma, body. The ethnicity fits a physical description kind of perfectly, especially if paired with your fucking pissed attitute and the long air, so let me be man, it’s not a great day to be randomically called a racist for nothing. Do you know any other person here that fits that description? Because I kind of want to break someone’s nose, and I kind of need to find the fucking right nose to break.” she shouted, without breathing enough.

“And don’t you fucking dare, I’m the blowjob queen he didn’t deserve.” she kept murmuring, while following the guy aside from the crowd. “And I’m not yelling!” she said, loud enough to be incoherent with what she was saying. “But I’m still pissed. At everyone and everything, and especially Charlie and this unknown guy.” she was trying to stay calm, but her family’s trait (passion anger and not enough control of them) was showing the worst of her.

Hey everyone!

I've been on hiatus for I think 3 years at this point, and I'm kind of back, not not really, meaning I have some time on my hands and I loved to write here, but I'm surely not going to be as active as I was.

Anyway, I thought that I can manage a few threads. I don't think I'll ever advertise the blog with indie tags, but if you see this and want to write something together like this, or write to me, or send me smoke signals, travelling pidgeons or whatever you like!

emily rolls her eyes at her friend, but gives her a small smile so she knows she’s not completely judging her. it’s not as if emily has anything against pot, it’s just not for her. “ okay, fine. that actually sounds kind of fun. ” emily’s also not against parties. in fact, she often enjoys them. just as long as the cops aren’t called, because that can send her into a total panic. it’s happened. “ i might even let you pick my costume. ” she tells lily, shrugging a little as she highlights a line in her textbook. rethinking that statement, she glances up. “ maybe. ”

“ I guess slutty pumpkin is not an option, right? ” she laughed, hearing her friend. “ I’m joking, you know that! I was thinking more of wearing a onesie, you know, like a pijama. I have the dinosaur one, didn’t you have the unicorn? Or was it the panda?” she proposed, knowing Emily couldn’t say no to a pijama party. “It’s a great choice: warm, confortable... And really easy to take off if you ever find someone you... like, huh?!” she continued, really hoping that Emily would let herself go. Then her cellphone buzzed. It was her pusher, who was apparently early at their appointment. “Ok, it’s decided. I’ll pick you up at 9pm, be ready!” she concluded, raising a hand to receive a high five from her friend, before running to buy some pot for the weekend.

              “I imagine water is a bit more forgiving than snow.”  If no one drowned,  but that seemed a bit of damper of the whole rather nice conversation.  Oliver nodded his head as he mentioned his sister and his work.  “You don’t say?  Might just be a twin myself,  to a sister.”  It was something that only brought him amusement.  Maybe there was something as to why he gravitated towards him out of everyone else.  “My sister is a bit more settled.  Kids,  husband.  The whole thing.  I’ll be the fun one out of us.”  Ironic given she was the more fun one when they were younger but they’re thirty-two now and life moves on.  He felt Noah’s hand and decided he liked the feeling of it resting there.  “Nice save.”  He teased as he couldn’t help but keep his smile wide and true.  “Idiots.”  His answer was mostly a joke but had some truth to it.  “The people of the city streets do not always have the life or death problems the telly likes to pretend.”  Which is good just not as interesting when trying to play the game of impressing the handsome bloke in his bed.  “But I transferred to counter terrorism.  I mostly push papers at the moment with a side of staring at the computer screen.”

 “I actually wouldn’t know, I hate everything that has to do with the cold, I’ve never been on the snow. But water can be pretty merciless, just as well as majestic. You should see by yourself, if you want, you’re welcomed on my sailboat” he smiled, inviting the other to sail with him. It was not that uncommon, but it was surely one of the first times he had invited someone who could be considered a total stranger. “What are the odds!?” he commented, starting to laugh at the comedy of the situation. They were similar, and yet so different. “Well, I can testify for you: you’re definitely fun!” he took a hand on the heart, as if he was swearing on the law or a bible. “Well, we all have to deal with idiots sooner or later, I’m happy you transferred to something you find more... intriguing? I don’t know, do you like it better? It seems definitely interesting, but you seem like a man for the action, am I right?” he commented, scrolling his shoulders. That guy was definitely more interesting than he had previously thought, and his pretty curls were not the only thing that attracted Noah to him.

The pout on her lips remained intact as her brows rose a tiny bit more at his answer. Lucille had a good mood though, even if she was getting slightly hungry. “I am the prettiest flower in the garden as far as you’re concerned.” She joked with no muscles around her mouth indicating a smile. “If I ask for the water you should deliver.” The primadonna vibe was completed with her rolling her eyes adding a sigh. It was so easy to be above all the others. Much easier than admitting she was vulnerable like all of them despite the money her father’s business was providing. “What’s your name?” She shifted sitting now and turning like she was about to descend the hammock.

“Yeah. That’s not gonna happen, Miss” he replied. The only way he would have fetched a girl like that water was the way he watered the flowers. With a watering can, on her stupid blonde hair. He briefly considered doing that, when she spoke again, with a total different tone. That girl was confusing. One second she demanded his services like a fucking princess, the second after she asked his name like she was interested in who he was. “I’m Leo.” he replied, scrolling the shoulders, looking at the girl sitting on the hammock. She was cute, he couldn’t deny that, but she looked much more like a statue than an actual woman.

He looked around at his friends, who seemed just as shocked as he was. They looked between each other and frantically began to glance down at the ground, as if they didn’t know him. What the fuck was going on right now? What was he even suppose to do? “Look, lady, I don’t know what your problem is. I don’t know who the fuck did something with your boyfriend, I don’t know what happened. But I didn’t do a damn thing. I have never come close to a dick, and I have no intention of doing so. So you can back off.”

With that, she pushed him against the wall, and he raised up his hand. “Look, I don’t know what the fuck is wrong with your boyfriend. You seem like an absolutely lovely lady. But you need to figure out what is going on far, far away from me. Because I have never been anywhere close to fucking a dude. So please, stop touching me and please do not keep shouting that I sucked a dick. Do all of these things before I actually have to get you off of me.”

Lily knew she had to find a decent way out of the situation. As well as she knew someone had fucked Charlie, it was clear that the guy who did that was not the one she was attacking so aggressively. Shit. She replayed the whole conversation with Charlie in her head. The description fitted the guy perfectly. half indian, long hair, pissed attitude. “Ok, so it wasn’t you. Do you have a twin? A fucking doppleganger?” she asked, brutally. “Because that prick fucked somebody with long hair, indian descent and pissed attitude, and I haven’t seen anybody else fitting that description here.”

The reason why she hadn’t asked a name was beyond her. She crossed her arms, waiting for a response. She knew he probably didn’t owe her anything, but she was determined to make somebody pay for her shitty day, and his only way out of being that victim was to help her find the right one. “And what the fuck is your problem man, sucking dicks is one thousand times better than licking pussy.” she commented. It was clear that the guy was too uncomfortable by the idea of sucking dicks to be the guy she was searching for.

He didn’t know what to expect out of his day, but it certainly wasn’t this. It was the exact opposite of this. The day had been relatively normal, nothing that interesting happening. There was going to be a party that he planned on going to, but other than that, there was nothing that he could imagine would be better than relaxing. The party was relatively relaxed, he had a few friends who were going to be there and they were going to be able to hang out. After all, when was he able to find time between school and his internship? There was never any time to do anything.

As he stood there in the party, not even drinking because he had no intention of getting drunk, he looked over and saw a woman staring at him, mumbling something. All he did was raise his eyebrow, watching as she stormed over toward him. When he saw her grab the drink, Orion began to piece together what was about to happen, but he didn’t think to react. Nothing about this next few moments felt real to him, even though it was happening as he thought about it. When she screamed at him, Orion could only blink, wiping his face. “Dude, I’m straight. And I have no idea who you are. And did I forget to mention that I’m straight? So… what the fuck?”

There are things you can’t take back. Like throwing an uncleanable drink at someone’s face, expecially if that someone is clearly innocent. Lily realized the mistake the second he really looked at the guy. But it was too fucking late, and Lily wasn’t certainly the kind of person that admits she’s made a mistake and apologizes. After a millisecond where she was too shocked to react, she replied promptly. “Yeah, sure, you’re straight. Whatever!!” she yelled, opening her arms like it had nothing to do what was she was accusing him of. “It’s not like if you’re straight you can let anyone suck your dick in the locker room and it’s not cheating! What’s that, some sort of what happens in the locker room stays in the locker room!? I don’t buy it, mister!”

The error was too enormous to repair, so she preferred to be blindsided by the jealousy. Or was just hatred? Frustration? “Was it any good, at least? Her brows furrowed as the glare scanned the unfamiliar face. The tool in the man’s hand could explain why he was in the park surrounding the mansion. But not exactly why he was so close to the capricious young heiress. “New gardener?” She mused rhetorically. “Go to the kitchen and bring me something to drink, water, I don’t know.” Lucille was used to the spoiled princess role and barely anyone witnessed her otherwise. She stared expectantly at the man mostly to check if he will follow her request.

They were pretty cozy on the couch, watching some Netflix movie on the big screen under a rug. Robbie had his arm wrapped around her shoulder, and she seemed intensely concentrated on the screen, while he was kind of getting bored with the plot and the screenplay. He leaned over, filling up her neck with soft kisses. "Don’t mind me, I’m just having a little fun!"

she allowed him to lead her, observing the surroundings and every nook and cranny of his apartment. it was not the standard one and that was what she liked. a smirk still etched· upon her features as her own arm snaked around his waist. eleonora was never the shy one; she knew the world and the prices that had to be paid. and among all the shit and all the hardships, she was desperately looking for things that would make her feel better. be it the booze or the drugs, or sex… she didn’t quite care. maybe that was why leo was the one she chose to come to. he wasn’t quite about the bullshit, or trying to motivate her. no. he knew what she wanted and he seemed to want just the same thing. that was why, once in the makeshift bathroom she slithered away from his grip and started undressing.··“it’s your house, isn’t it?”· eleonora questioned with a nonchalant shrug that rolled down her shoulders as she was unbuttoning her cardigan.··“if you think i can stop you from doing anything, you’re very wrong.”

Her response was quite cryptic, and that was enough for Leo to push the thought aside for a moment. “You know what? Enjoy your bath, we’ll catch up afterwards” he commented, leaning over the wall while she undressed to enter the shower. He was confused, as always. Eleonora had a way to enter people’s life unexpectedly, and she didn’t give them any time to adjust to her presence. She was a bomb, and you never knew in which way she’d explode.“Are you ok?” he asked, anyway, damning himself for that stupid question. He had this stupid habit to nurture people, even if they didn’t need it. Maybe that was just because he needed to be nurtured himself, sometimes, but he felt more like a comfort puppy to her than a friend, or a lover. She didn’t look ok, actually. Aside from being nearly frozen she looked tired, and even more fucked up than usual, if that was even possible.

                 “Noah.”  He repeated the name as soon as it was heard.  It was unlikely that was the name he could have guessed otherwise.  Actually Oliver could not remember anything they spoke about last night.  Just flashes of really wanting to get laid,  which he clearly did.  “Cop.”  He offers in return.  Not nearly as interesting as interesting as the man in his bed.  “Hold on.  Let me try that again.” He paused for a minute to take a drag of his cigarette.  “Cop, decent snowboarder,  avid sleeper,  and holiday enthusiast.  Though,  mind you,  the snowboarding thing is to seem impressive.  Can’t remember the last time I actually went.”  A while.  Would probably end up accidentally breaking something.  Oliver walked back over to the bed and plopped down on it.  “Freelance travel journalist,”  he turned to look at Noah,  “what’s that like?”

  Oliver’s brief description of himself was very brief. “Cool” commented Noah, just a second before Oliver decided to add something to that. Noah listened carefully, smoking his cigarette and nodding lightly. He was imagining his glorious body on a snowboard. “Well, it’s still pretty impressive. I hate the cold, though, but they tell me it’s pretty similar to surfing, so it must be awesome” he concluded, sitting up as Oliver sat next to him on the bed. “I’m never in the same place for too long, which is great, but pretty annoying when you decide to settle. I usually travel with my twin sister, she’s a photographer... But she’s a wild animal, and she usually abandons me to go on crazy adventures.” Noah reached out for Oliver’s leg, letting a hand rest on the other’s knee. “So I go out, and wake up in cute stranger’s beds. They’re not all cute as you are, though.” he complimented the other. It wasn’t just for his good looks, but also for his hospitality and cordiality, which were rare and precious characteristics. “And so, you’re a cop... What do you deal with?” he didn’t know anything about that world, but he did know there were many departments, and he could be an investigator just as a traffic patrol officer.

“ a bonfire? in the woods?! ” that’s a safety hazard if emily ever heard one. shaking her head in refusal, she returns her attention to her homework. something she should be doing other than whatever lily has planned. “ you’re exaggerating. in ten years i could be reckless. throwing caution to the wind and attending dangerous and illegal bonfire parties. ” although emily highly doubts that will be the case, it sounded good to her. good enough to get out of this night out. “ i’d still love to hang with you, though. maybe we can go see a movie? ”

“Well, it’s not that big of a bonfire... It’s just a party!” Lily tried to explain, but the cause was desperate. She laughed lightly, while getting more comfortable on the library chair. They sure weren’t in the best place to organize a night out, but her textbook was boring, and she was just hoping her friend could lift her spirit. “Ok, let’s try this again. What about a costume party?” she crossed her arms at her friend, faking a grudge. “I can’t smoke pot in a cinema, Ems. I need that to release all this college tension in my veins!” she explained to her friend, then she decided that Emily did not have the right to an opinion. If she had to she would have picked her up and brought her to the party anyway, she was definitely missing out.
