Psych Appointment Today

I had an appointment today with my psychiatrist. She upped my anxiety meds and we are supposed to discuss anti-depressants at my next appointment in 2 weeks.

I think my anxiety has gotten a little better from the daily Buspirone. The Hydroxyzine, even as needed, doesn't do much. Even when I've really needed it to and it was what I was relying on to help, it did nothing. So hopefully in the next month if it continues to not to help I can stop taking it.

Buspirone 10mg/3x a day | Hydroxyzine 50mg/3x a day or as needed is what the appointment ended with.

Trust

Three or four weeks ago the clock on my laptop and computer monitor were wrong. I trusted it when I saw it only to find out an hour later that it was way earlier in the day. Since then when I sit down to write and I look to check the time to document it in my notes, I instead look at my phone for the time. I think it's funny that since that one time it hasn't been wrong but I can't trust it without double checking my phone. It took one time for me to not trust my computer clock.

It's taking way longer than I thought it would to trust it again.
