May I request Akashi and Murasakibara competing for Riko's love? Thank you!
A Non-relaxation Day (Riko x Akashi x Murasakibara)
Tbh this was soo cute to write! Thank you for requesting!! :)
It was absolutely a beautiful day to be outside, and the weather was warm enough to go out and hang out by the beach! Alone with her dad, Riko went on a trip to the lovely blue ocean, where the waves were coming in gently and the seagulls were flying high above. It wasn’t so crowded which was a good thing, and there were many spots available to lay out the blankets and pitch the umbrellas.
Riko laid out her and her dad’s blanket and her dad, Kagetora, took off into the ocean and plunged himself beneath the dark water, coming up for air every so often.
“C'mon Riko-tan! Jump in!”
“No thanks papa! I’m trying to sunbathe right now!”
Riko laid back on the blanket, sunglasses covering her brown eyes and relaxed her head on top of her arms. It was good to relax after a season of being the basketball coach of a team of loud and rowdy, yet very talented boys basketball team. They are the Winter Cup champions after all. She felt this vacation to be deserved.
The sun felt warm against her skin, until someone stood in front of her and provided cold shade. She slid her sunglasses down and standing above her was a giant, and because Riko was lying down, he looked even taller.
“Excuse me, you’re standing right on top of me,” she provoked.
“Huh? Ooh,” the giant said, turning around, revealing a bag of chips in his hand that he opened, bringing out a handful and stuffing it in his mouth.
Why did he look so familiar? The sun was right above his head, the light illuminating his face so much that it was hard to see the details. His voice, the munching of the chips, his height…
“Murasakibara-kun?!” Riko spat out.
“Huh?” the giant munched on more chips, looking down at her. Riko sat up and Murasakibara kneeled down so their eyes just met.
“Oooh, Kuro-chin’s coach, Riko-chin,” he said with a mouthful, poking Riko’s nose with a long, extended finger.
“Gah! What’re you doing? Why are you here?”
“Oooh? I came here because it was a nice day outside,” he stood back up, shaking the now-empty chip back in his mouth to get every crumb. The glutton monster of the basketball world, Riko thought.
“Well, it is a nice day. Enjoy the rest of your day then but can you please get out of the way? I’m trying to sunbathe,” Riko laid back down with her glasses over her eyes.
“Sunbathe? Uhhhhh. Riko-chin’s skin is very clear, you shouldn’t let the sun ruin it for you.”
Murasakibara crumpled up the chip bag and stuffed it into his pocket. He knelt down before her again and poked her in between her eyes.
“Too much sunlight on the skin is bad.”
In his other pocket, he pulled out a small container of sunscreen. He plopped himself down in front of her and ripped his shirt off, revealing his toned body.
“Speaking of sunlight, Riko-chin, can you apply this on me? I can’t reach all of my back.”
“Eh?! You really think you can just barge in and make me apply sun screen on you?!”
“That is quite preposterous, Atsushi,” said another voice, right next to the both of them. They both took notice of the shadow that stood before them.
“Aida-san, Atsushi, what a pleasure to see you both at the beach.”
“I can’t get a day to myself can I?” Riko muttered to herself.
“Oye, Riko-chin, are you gonna help me?”
“No I’m not gonna help you!”
“Atsushi you have it all wrong, hand me the sun screen,” Akashi corrected him, Murasakibara handing him the sun screen, “you are the one who must offer the application. For example, Aida-san, allow me to apply sun screen on you?”
“She denied you Aka-chin.”
“Even after rejection, being myself, I will force it upon you.”
“H-hey get your hands off of me!”
Akashi splattered the sun screen all over his palm and moisturized it into Riko’s arm. Akashi was stronger than her, so she could fight her way out of his grip. She let her arm become white with the sunscreen.
“Oye Aka-chin I wanna do that,” a pushy Murasakibara said. He snatched the sun screen from Akashi’s hand and splattered it all over Riko’s leg and began to spread it up to her thigh.
“What’re you doing ?!” Riko exclaimed.
“Atsushi you didn’t ask permission-”
“She rejected you Aka-chin.”
“Let’s not let Atsushi become a hindrance to you, Aida-San, here, allow me to treat you-”
“Listen listen you don’t have to, I don’t want to be treated I just wanted to relax and you’re not even listening!”
Akashi had already hung up his cellphone, having just finished a conversation with a personal butler.
“He shall be here any moment now, you just wait a few,” he held Riko’s hand and patted the back side of it. Murasakibara looked a bit irritated.
“No, Riko-chin is coming with me to the snack bar so she can buy me snacks,” Murasakibara pouted. He stood up and picked Riko up, slinging her over his shoulder like a bag and began to march across the golden sand.
“Atsushi! Come back here!”
Murasakibara turned around and stuck his tongue out at him before turning back around and continuing to walk forward, Riko shouting and trying to free herself from him.
“Put me down!” she yelled.
“No cause then Aka-chin will have you.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?!”
They arrived at the snack bar where they received a lot of curious and interested eyes from the nearby people. He sat her in a stool and he sat next to her.
“Riko-chin can you get me some ice cream sticks.”
“What makes you think I will after you just kidnapped me my spot and carried me over here?!” her voice heightened then lowered.
“I’ll take you back afterwards.”
“Grrrrr!” Riko began to turn red with frustration. The one day she wanted to relax was ruined.
“Miss Aida-San? If you would please come with me,” a fancy voice said, grasping her hand and pulling her away from the seat. A middle aged man in a butler uniform led her out back near the ocean where a blanket was set out with a handsome picnic basket sitting on top, Akashi next to it watching Riko come towards him.
“Ah, Aida-san, welcome back. Here, have a seat.”
She was forced to sit next to him and Akashi opened the basket and laid out delicious looking egg sandwiches, sweet cakes and canned tea. Riko felt her mouth water.
“Help yourself,” he grinned the devilish grin.
Riko was reluctant, wanting not to give into his schemes, but the cake was calling her name and she had had a very poor breakfast that morning. Her stomach lurched for the cake. She grabbed the fork in one hand and the plate in the other. She stabbed the cake and pulled out a piece, bringing it to her mouth until someone grabbed the fork, snatching it away from her hand and eating it for her.
“Atsushi!” Akashi grimaced.
“Let’s go Riko-chin,” he pulled her up and dragged her away. Riko managed to snatch an egg sandwich as she was once again taken away to another destination.
Murasakibara led her to an empty volleyball court. On the sand lay a volleyball that he picked up and served at her. She forced the sandwich in her mouth so she could catch it.
“Play me Riko-chin,” he said almost desperately.
She chewed through and swallowed the sandwich before tossing the ball back to him.
“I don’t really know how to play.”
Riko stood on one side and he on the other. He served the ball to her again but instead of her catching it, one could easily guess, Akashi appeared and caught it for her.
“Face me Atsushi. In a game of one-on-one volleyball. We know the prize.”
“Fine. You angered me one more time Aka-chin.”
Riko facepalmed. She took a seat on the sideline and watched the two basketball players go out in a game of volleyball instead, serving and spiking to one another. She didn’t know how the point system worked in volleyball, so she only sat back and watched.
Murasakibara had the advantage in height but Akashi was quicker and more agile. The volleyball flew across the net, back and forth back and forth so much that Riko felt her eyes spin. The game was on for a minute, five, ten, too long, Riko was ready to sleep.
“You play well, I didn’t think you could, Atsushi.”
“I didn’t know Aka-chin could play.”
“Guys can you stop playing? I’m getting ready to leave,” Riko stood up.
“Wait! It’s almost over! A winner must be decided!”
“What’re you gonna accomplish if you win?”
“I didn’t agree to this! I’m leaving!”
Murasakibara followed her and stood in her way. Akashi came by and grabbed her arm to tug her away, but Murasakibara grabbed the other.
“Why do I feel like I’ve been here before?”
“RIKO-TAN!” growled an angry voice. The three teen’s blood went cold as they looked over to see Kagetora Aida standing in a hunched position, a shovel in his hand and his eyes glowing like a demon.
“I’ve been wondering where my little Riko-tan went, only to see two bastards of boys wanting to grab her! Let go of her before I smash your heads open!” he launched towards them, shovel ready to strike. The two boys didn’t hesitate, and took off in the other direction, a blazing Kagetora at their heels. Riko shook her head and allowed herself to calm down for a second before returning back to her spot, on her blanket, her glasses over her eyes again and continued her sun bathing, as if nothing had ever happened.
