I am Shimaa, from Gaza, a 20-year-old Computer Science student. Life once carried many dreams and ambitions for me. I was preparing to build my future in the field of technology, dreaming of developing myself to serve my community. But in an instant, all of my dreams and hopes were destroyed as my home was completely demolished due to the war.
I lost everything. I now have nothing but the memories that the walls of our home once held, a place that used to be our refuge. Amid the rubble, years of hard work and perseverance vanished, and the dreams I had were wiped out. Yet, hope still remains in my heart, and I believe that life will give me another chance, despite the challenges.
I am now in need of your support to give me the opportunity to stand up once again, to continue my studies, and to rebuild what the war has destroyed.
