Dinner time! My lovely man wanted a thick winter soup so I made a Roasted pumpkin, coconut milk and coriander soup! With some Tiger bread😋

OK, so I was inspired on Saturday to make this 'egg' salad with chickpeas, celery, onion, homemade mayo and a secret ingredient that makes it taste like egg. What is the secret ingredient? Black Salt!!! It tastes like eggs and smells like eggs but it cruelty free. Just right if you're missing that egg taste! Inspired by #conniesrawsomekitchen.

I am plant based, my children are not. They like a lot of the things I make, however, they still eat meat, fish and dairy. They have their own minds and opinions and they respect my decision to eat a plant based diet. I respect their decision to eat an omni diet. We are all smiling.
