About Chronic Illness/Pain and denial:

I hate to think of myself as someone with chronic illness and chronic pain but then again I have migranes so bad that normal meds won't work so all that I can do is lie in the darkest, most quiet place, close my eyes, put the right amount of pressure on my head with my own cold hands while being smothered by the heaviest and most warming blankets I own and pray that I pass out and get better so when I wake up I don't have to go to the doctors for them to doubt my pain.

I hate to think of myself as someone with chronic illness l and chronic pain but then again my uterus feels like it's being nailed to my back muscles every other day to the point I think normal living=pain, and it makes me exhausted and incredibly pain resistant and I don't even know when I should go to the doctor anymore.

I hate to think of myself as someone with chronic illness and chronic pain but then again every single joint of my body feels heavy and aching because of the effects of passive hypermobility.

Having no hope does it for me, you know?

(please don't think I'm into self-pity or something like that, I just needed to write this down because I was "dramatic" and "pretending to be in pain every day" until I actually had test results coming back with names for what hurt)
