Concise Codeine Countdown to 2019 - The Year of Lean has been unavoidably extended due to the postal system, or lack thereof. Day three's Sippin' in Style upgrade hasn't arrived so I took about three minutes to remember the last lean-based purchase I made and so today it will be our focus. Coming in with part 2b - a purple sprite bottle is traditional but not so subtle in public and even oblivious folk can start asking 'what's that purple stuff you're always drinking?' and people only believe you can like Ribena so much before it looks shifty.... Enter the Purple Reusable Drinks Bottle! Good tight seal on it and the bonus feature of an unscrewable plastic rod that can be filled with water and frozen before screwing back into the lid of the bottle to keep things nice and cold. I'm still on the lookout for a good insulated bottle for undercover times in public but until then, I'm pleased with my current solution. Plus it's fucking cold here so don't need to keep it too cold yourself if you have to go outside. Tomorrow will be the big finale, which won't be the actual last one once the post is sorted. Concise Codeine Countdown to 2019 - The Year of Lean Day two (couple of hours late...) is always good be useful. Anyone who's poured up a cup of drank has had it settle to the bottom regardless of how hard you swirl it round, then lost a teaspoon as it's not quite long enough to reach the bottom... My skull-topped cocktail stirrer has solved that one for me. Might notice a slight predilection for items with skulls on here, but I'm done for now. Got red not purp for a change and I spy something there green - that's all the Christmas spirit I need! Which is good because it's about all I'm gonna get too. At least @royalmailofficial can stop playing the annual lame dog 'oh we're so busy' routine (this happens every year. While it's fresh, sit down and work out how you could've avoided lost, stolen and slow delivery this year - then NOW start putting those ideas in place and start delivering promptly for the whole year not 11/12ths of it. First do your one job without stealing my post....what the *#&+ is a plastic bag with an empty apology on it and an even emptier ripped open envelope supposed to do for me? Raise blood pressure? While we're at it, start delivering on Sundays - we all know you ain't in church, bring me my stuff. Amazon may dodge taxes like they've got diplomatic credentials, but at least they get better and better and bring you things on Sunday's. I love Prime but it doesn't quite outweigh the NHS funding that Amazon paying say 5% tax would provide.
