I finally arrived to the mansion with an iron black gate kinda Gothic looking actually . The driver pulled up to the call box and pushed a button and the gate opened and he drives straight up to the door and a man was waiting outside for me. When the car stopped the man opened my door I stepped out of the car and he stuck his hand out to shake mine. “ The name is Kern Remus, you must be Lucinda Dawn Valentina? We've been expecting you Ms, your father has told me a lot you.”
“I can only imagine what my father has said about me .” I replied back to Mr. Remus with a smile.
“Let's get out of this cold rain.” Remus suggested
When I entered the mansion and walked into the living room my mouth just dropped opened in awe due to the spacious room with five gorgeous young men.
Kern:” I'd like you to meet my five sons.”
Lucinda:” these young man are yours?”
Kern:” my oldest son Emrick, my second oldest son Ettore, my third oldest son Fino, fourth oldest son Kyran, and my youngest son Keirn.”
Lucinda:” what a beautiful home.”
Kern:” why thank you Ms. Valentina .”
Lucinda:” If you all don't mind I would like to rest up a bit before supper.”
Kern:” of course, Emrick please show our guest to her suite .”
Emrick :” of course this way .”
Lucinda:” of course lead the way.
When he opened the door I was shocked with awe and in love with my chambers all decorated in purple and black, I was deeply in love with my room so much that if it was person I would marry it in a heartbeat. I had my own bathroom and my own balcony and everything else that I never got back at home at my dads.
As Emrik shut the chamber door I opened my balcony door to listen to the rain while I got ready for my nap. I laid my head down and wondered why my father sent me here in the first place and did he tell them my favorite colors were purple and black or are they mind readers. And why did he up and left me just like mom did.
(Did I do something wrong?) (what’s wrong with parents these days?) my mind wondered aimlessly as I tossed and turned shot up twice to night sweats by weird dreams of me wearing a gothic like wedding dress yet it’s very sexy and elegant. The groom on the other hand was still a big blur. Why am I always waking up all hot and bothered like someone succabus . I hope I will find the answers soon.
It was about eight that night when I got up and I answered the door there stood the third son I think his name was Fino. There he stood with half buttoned up shirt and his hair slicked back very charming in a way, yet he stared at while licking his lips “ Father asked me to retrieve you for dinner.” He said to me. So I slipped on the new robe that I had found in my walk-in closet.
Of course I was going to follow him to the dinning room where everything body was waiting for me before they ate dinner. We all ate dinner quietly and in a very awkward silence then The father finally broke the silence.
Keren:” did you sleep well?”
Keren:” I see you found your new robe .”
Lucinda:” yes I did . I’ve always wanted nice new things like this but my father never could afford nice stuff like this.”
Keren:” your father told me that y our quite the song bird .”
Lucinda:” I am but I only do it while I do my chores or in the shower or in my room alone. But never In front of a crowd .”
Keren:” feel free to sing here all you want. We like music of all kind.”
Keren:” you can start on the chores tomorrow. I will have a list of chores posted outside of your door every morning at 9 am and breakfast is usually early in the morning about seven:thirty AM
Lucinda:” okay I can do that.”
Keren:” care for some more wine?”
Lucinda:” no thank you but I would love some coffee with creamer and sugar though.”
Keren:” certainly ms. Valentina right away.”
Lucinda:” dinner was fulfilling tonight. Whoever made it did a very good job.”
Kyran:” thank you ms.. Lucinda”
Lucinda:” why don’t boys tell me about yourself and about vampires I don’t know much about them.”
Keren: “ here’s your coffee ms. Valentina”
Keren:” what’s going on.”
Lucinda: “ I was asking the boys to tell a little bit about themselves and a little bit about vampires cause I don’t know much about them I’m afraid. Other then anime cartoons and fiction stories and tv.”
Keren: “ boys Lucinda asked you a question. Since she is our live in guest she would like to know a little bit about yourself so it could make her job her a little easier.”
Lucinda:” I could always play detective and investigate, sneak around , and interrogate.”
Keren: “ Maybe on your own terms then. Te thing about us vampires we cannot go out in sunlight cause it burns our skin and it hurts like a woman giving birth very painful and my late wife would know. She had these boys all at once she was in labor for three days and our midwife thought that she wouldn’t have made it cause the body can only endure so much before it starts to shut down. Plus she was low on blood so I let her drink from me.
Lucinda:” I would die if I had to go through pain like that.”
Keren: “ what was your mother like?”
Lucinda: “I never knew my mother she abandoned me after I was born and left me with my father, who has left me without telling me anything or letting me know .
Kyran: “ you poor poor thing .”
Keren: you sweet sympathic child.”
Ettore: “ You seem very Mysterious to me what type of human are you.”
Lucinda:” just a normal girl who’s just trying to find herself in this messed up and fucked up world ha ha ha. So nothing special about me really.”
Keren: “ I don’t believe that, I think that everybody is special in their own way.”
Lucinda:” I’m going to enjoy it here my life is going to change in a big way.”
Emrick:” hows your coffee?”
Lucinda:” it’s very good.”
Keren:” what other things about vampires do you wanna know.”
Emrik:” very irratating like onions.”
Lucinda:” Do you have a reflection in the mirrior?”
Fino:” yes and it’s quite sexy if I do say myself.”
Emrik:” your full of shit.”
Kiern:” would you like some more coffee.?”
We sat there amd talked , laughed as I drunk my coffee I got to the family and they got to know me.
