ok idk if im not the 1st person to do ts but like i have a watch and i just put it on like a general workout (hiit,cardio etc) wtv u want and try to burn 10 calories every minute which equal to 600calories in one single hour!! and in those minutes do very easy but moving movements for example sprint in place or jug in place or march in place or immitating jump rope or my fav one is the easy version of jumping jacks so its basiclly like putting ur hands together like a regular jumping jack and not jumping. but bring ur legs to the side for example (hands up, than right leg outm than hands up and left leg out) yeah anyways good luck butterflies

be honest is 1700c deficit gud? dw its not my goal, my goal daily is 2300c deficit and than after 25 o march bump it down to 2000c deficit. also i fucking haatee when in that second u lose all control an ur like idc ab losing weight...i wish it never happened
