genuine question, i haven't been active in the hermitcraft fandom in a good few years, but i remember when people used to draw/hc tango as a demon and give him horns all the time but it stopped because he said it made him uncomfortable, and at the same time i believe impulse also mentioned not being comfortable with being portrayed as a demon as well but it seems most people still draw/hc impulse as a demon anyway?

no hate towards anyone who does, just wondering why some popular fandom hcs changed for creator's comforts but others didn't?

and i could be misremembering, it's been a long while, but seeing people quickly start claiming impulse's new cyberpunk skin has horns when it... clearly doesn't... just made me think about the whole tango with horns thing 🤷

Isn't it serendipitous that Lizzie the Pumpkin Queen loses her final life to the End-less void (Pumpkin Rot), and the session right after Gem, who previously orchestrated an army against the Ender Dragon, gets the Boogeyman-zombie task?

Not only that, but the three people she infects first is Bdubs, the dragon slayer, Impulse, the one who couldn't kill and now thirsts for blood, and Pearl, who in death directly follows the one she swore to protect in an explosion, all of whom wore pumpkins in sessions prior.

I believe the void received a priceless gift, and it delivered one right back. A hunting party, in remembrance for a lonely red Queen.
