ooc;; I’m still working on the finer details of the Ice Climbers’ backstory, but one thing I’m settling on - food in their homeland is fairly scarce.
ooc;; It’s freezing cold, after all! Brr - there’s not a lot of food that can reliably grow out there! In fact, most of the food they get comes from what’s grabbed and dropped by the traveling condor of the mountains. It seems to be friendly - sharing some of its rations with the villagers and even having aided Popo and Nana on their trek up the frozen mountain. The eggplants and carrots and veggies and whatnot - they savor them whenever the condor gets its claws on them and drops them for gathering on the mountain.
With all that in mind, it’s worth noting that Popo and Nana are somewhat hesitant to eat a lot of food instead. They’ll take it when its offered to them, but they rarely actually indulge themselves except to get through the day. Though - they are starting to get used to the Mansion’s hospitality and treat themselves every now and then. Especially with so many types of food they can’t get back home!
