a jimmy vesey imagine. i’m sure no one is surprised that, again, i’m too lazy to make a gif special shoutout to @kreiderrider for being an amazing hype gal plot: you come home from a shit day at work, and jimmy does the most to turn your night around 🤗 word count: 8.6k warnings: smut, smut, and more smut. cursing, obvs. uhhhh, bondage and anal play???

Sighing quietly, you lean back against the wall of the elevator, hand coming up to push your hair out of your face. It’d been a long day, a really fucking long day. Your feet hurt, you’d managed to spill coffee all over your favorite blouse, and on top of everything, you’d been passed up for a promotion that you’d been working hard for. You were supposed to be home two hours ago, but you’d gotten dragged into a meeting that had nothing to do with you. Emotionally exhausted, you’re biting your lip, just trying to focus your energy on keeping yourself upright.

When the elevator stopped on your floor and the doors open, you push off from the wall to step into the hall. You pause after a couple steps, to step out of your heels and stoop to pick them up before continuing down the hall barefoot. Fishing in your bag, you search for your keys, cursing under your breath in frustration. Really, you’re just glad Jimmy’s home tonight, because if he’d been away at a game, you don’t know how you’d end up making it through the night.

Stepping into the apartment, warmth floods over you when you see the bouquet of lilies sitting on the edge of the counter waiting for you. You crinkle your nose as tears burn in your eyes, taking a second to admire them as you drop your shoes and purse to the floor. The TV was on in the living room and Jimmy was watching the Bruins game from the sounds of it. Usually you’d change out of your slacks and blouse into one of his shirts and some leggings before settling into his side, but you didn’t want to take that extra time tonight, eager to have your body resting into his.
