mature for your age (2026)
a young angel receives a message from a faraway friend.
is a carrier pigeon really the most efficient way to talk to cherubs? maybe it was at the time. maybe it's just more private that way, unless nobody's listening, in which case it doesn't matter.
eehhhhh :P
being silly with the bestie!!! i gotta draw them more, there's a lot of their past that i wanna explore.
ooooo we irritatingggg
hiss has an AWFUL friend group so i wanted to draw them and make them look tiny and small and silly. thanks pinterest for the references
i did a hypothetical collab between marc jacobs and myself because... idk a person can dream.
it was also for a uni project. he makes such cool stuff, having the opportunity to insert my characters into his universe was amazing. i had originally wanted to make more mockups, standees, maybe a store display, but it wasn't in the cards at the time. if i get some time on my hands i think it'd be cool to expand on this project and add to it, refine it a bit. but it was really fun putting my ocs into promo material though! i was able to experiment with a LOT of stuff so in that way it feels worth it.
this started as just having my ocs promote his pre-existing perfume line, 'perfect', but i wanted to try my hand at making my own! sorta like his collab with murakami, y'know?
wip redraws of an old piece (twice). 2026 -> 2023
their favourite little project

what gender is this? (2026) - never finished these but i'm proud of them anyway. i wanted to make a provocative poster (or several posters) featuring trans ocs of mine and my partner's, inspired by some of the topless protests sparked by the supreme court ruling in 2025. transphobes may say they can tell, but nobody can, because sex and gender are never binary, or as simple as they seem. it's all bullshit.
can you tell what gender they are just from looking at them?
originally this was a concept to be printed out, either onto canvas or as big posters. maybe one day i'll get to it.
having fun with the creature and his gorgeous huge demon gf/bestie/coworker that's way out of his league (2025)
'YOU are transphobic.' - i made a zine inspired by the absolute seething rage i feel whenever people around me are casually (and sometimes unknowingly) transphobic. it's been happening a lot lately. so i did my interdisciplinary elective unit on it!
i also actually printed it a while back. i'd love to distribute them sometime, put them in random hidden places, just for fun.
villainous frocks: the embroiderer (2025)
i wanna redo this one. make them look more slimy and less confident. i'll get around to it sometime.
villainous frocks: ??? (2025)
??? what's his deal? who tf is this bozo
villainous frocks: junior/jordan webster (2025)
he loves bugs and being offputting. if he wasn't busy being a minion for his supervillain dad, he'd probably be an entomologist or something. love him
villainous frocks: director fern flint (2025)
not much to say about this one she slays. i gotta draw her more. absolutely adore her
villainous frocks: william wright (2025)
inspired very slightly by the king in yellow. i gotta reference it more with his design.
i went to the 'design & disability' exhibition at the V&As last summer, and i made this piece about my experience. (2025)
i do personally think it was one of the best exhibitions i'd ever been to. it was accessible as can be, and it made me feel very seen. i could write an essay about it (in fact i did!), but i think it really spoke to me because, as someone who's trans and chronically ill, it was nice to both be comfortable and see other artists like myself have their work displayed with love on every surface. there was this weird dichotomy though, of coming out of the exhibition and seeing how inaccessible the rest of the museum was. there was beautiful art everywhere, but it was no longer personal and felt very far-away and hard to see. the melancholy of that particular part of the experience is what i tried to communicate here. i also just drew venus as a trans woman because. why not. lol
8:30pm; off to work.
