(Yo shoutout to thelastraigeki for this sweet submission)
So this one's pretty interesting, Robocop vs a series of Gotham Villains. Let us look at our supercop. Officer Alex Murphy of the Detroit City Police was brutally killed in action and in the aftermath was used for a coporate experiment to produce the ultimate officer. He was built with three prime directive's in mind; serve the public trust, protect the innocent and to uphold the law and within these boundries is where he enforces brutal justice. Due to cybernetic enhancements, he has the ability to lift at least 4 tonnes above his head and also superhuman durability. This is also aided by titanium and kevlar armor which can only be penertrated by energy weapons and high level military tech.
He also carries a range of weapons, the main being his Auto-9, a semi-automatic pistol capable of using explosive and armor piecing rounds as well as standard issue. He also uses and arm cannon which can fire bullets, grenades and be used as a flamethrower. He also carries standard explosive mines as well as non-lethal varients. His helmet also gives him access to a variety of targeting systmes and visions such as thermal.
So, with all this could he take on the main villains of Gotham. The parameters of this is that all encounters are random and not a gauntlet, meaing he can restock between fights. They are also in no paticular order. However, if the villain can escape arrest or death then that counts as a win for them.
Two-Face: I think two face would be an easy kill as Mr Dent really has no skills in terms of combat or reflexes, he's just a crime boss with DID. For all intents and purposes, he's just like Brodderick from Robocop 1 whom was dealt with faily easy, even when he possessed sufficient weaponry which, in a random encounter, Dent wouldn't have.
Mr. Freeze: Now I am of the opnion that good ol' Mr Fries here could give Murphy a run for his money. Robocop will be equipped with a method to maintain temperature and mobility but the freeze weapons, if used in large amounts could disable the robot. However, Murphy is equipped with a flamethrower and explosive rounds which could do damage to Freeze's circuit's and armor, disabling him in the process.
Harley Quinn and The Joker: Now obviously, neither of these are sufficient fighters, the best there is Harley's gymnatic skills which are hardly useful against a hulking, well armoured robot. They do possess alot in the way of surprise gadegtry and even in a random encounter they could very well have a whole range of devices at their disposale. They would never have enough firepower to take down the robot but they could mangae an esacpe with various smoke/gas/concussion grenades.
10/10 Robocop - Fight, No escape
Catwoman: Sleina is strong enough to take out the odd goon yes, but she, also, is no fighter. She pretty much only knows high level karate and a few gymnastic techniques which would do nothing to Murphy. However she is a very skilled escape artist and thief meaning that escaping from the slow moving powerhouse would be little trouble, provided she tried to escape at first without fighting.
Bane: Now I'm going to look at this with Venom (because when he acted as a Bat villain he used the drug). Bane is very capable of taking and dealing damage, infamously breaking the Bat (which, admittedly wouldn't be hard for the Robocop either). Bane has been shown to easily take bullets and preform great feats of strength even without Venom, and with it he can preform much greater feats. If Murphy got close to Venom the fight would be over as Bane immense strength would ened him, however if Murphy used enough bullets he could eventually take down the Luchadore, that is if could avoid the fatal venom-juiced punches of Bane.
Poison Ivy: Now this is kind of an interesting one as Ivy is more powerful than you would suspect due to her telepathy over plants. When in her home enviroment surrounded by a multitude of plants she can do as much damage as she needs and use a variety of love and rage inducing pheromones. However robots don't feel love and Murphy possesses the exact weapon to disable Ivy permenantly, a flamethrower. Provided Ivy doesn't get in an early but powerful shot with one of her babies, the fight could be over in seconds.
Killer Croc: Croc is very similar to Bane in many ways except his skin is much more impenetrable albeit not bulletproof. This is balanced by the fact that he is much less skilled in combat that Bane. Whilst Murphy does possess the firepower to take down the Croc with time, it would take much longer than with Bane.
Penguin: Again, like Two Face, Cobblept is just a crime boss, easliy killed or arrested by Murphy. It's highly unlikely he would have an EMP umbrella. He's also about agile as a snail, no escaping for him.
The Mad Hatter: The Mad Hatter is like the Joker in that whilst he has no fighting skill or raw power, he does have a few tricks up his sleeve. Unfortunately for him, they all revolves around mind control and these don't work on a robot or allow one to escape sufficiently.
Scarecrow: ROBOTS DON'T FEEL FEAR
Talia Al Ghul: In this fight, Talia greatest asset is her agility and fighting skill. As the second in command for the League of Shadows, she would have state of the art weapons to hand such as and laser pistol. As well as this she also carries a deadly sword, one of the best in the world. I beileve she would be the hardest for Murphy due to her agility and connections to high level weaponry, something which is very bad for the Robot.
