I have been thinking about this for ages.

Surely Echo figures out Order 66 before he even graduates training because he’s a nerd and realised there is a missing Order from the Reg Manuals and either researches about it or asks one of his superiors and it triggers them.

I’m not a big enough Star Wars fan to know if a) the clones knew the order/ it was written (just not addressed), but just the vocalisation of it triggered the chips , or b) there was clearly just a missing order

and no one read or cared about regulation manuals to notice it there/ or missing

Either way, I find it hard to believe that Echo wouldn’t have noticed something missing or asked questions about this strange order that called for killing ALL Jedi. This boy is literally named after his obsession with relaying orders, and is made fun of for casually reading reg manuals. If anyone noticed, it would have been him.

Alternatively, Kix is still around when Echo is rescued, and could have mentioned something about Fives’s theory to him, and Echo puts it together because he has always been curious about this missing/ unusual command order. Perhaps he was less vocal about it when he was in training / 501st, and the Batch promotes him to think outside of the box.

Falling Star: Emerie Karr

I don’t know when this changed from an Echo blog to an Emerie blog. But I’m not stopping that trend any time soon. She’s just easy to draw, and I don’t want to put a lot of energy into to drawing atm.

rewatching the bad batch and emerie karr coming onto my screen again is like seeing the light of god personally. i forgot how absolutely batshit insane i feel about her. autism queen. definitely probably transgender. evil scientist slave worker turned liberator and rebel. no one can ever come up with anything better than this

Happy Pride month to the sweet trans baby gals 🏳️‍⚧️

I personally headcannon Omega as identifying as trans after being medically altered as a tubie (because biologically she is male since she’s an unaltered genetic match)

Sister is cannonically trans and I love her so much

And I think of Emerie as Intersex. Kaminoan experiments while she was being grown producing both male and female characteristics, chromosomes and hormones, and although she chooses to outwardly present feminine, still identifies under the trans/ gender queer umbrella.

I started this sketch in April last year, but felt it was too obscure to ever commit. But pride month feels like a good time to bring up topics of gender dysphoria and trying to fit in that I feel very strongly relate to Emerie. This fits into my ongoing theories about Emerie pre-tbb.

But mostly I just wanted to get this out of my wips

This sketched started off as Emerie, but I decided I actually wanted to draw Omega. That’s the fun thing about clones, they are easy to switch between. I haven’t really drawn Omega, but I was really in the mood to sit down and do a portrait in one sitting and she was fun and bright and cheerful to draw.

I’m watching The Book of Boba Fett and being emotional about the Tuskens and their culture, and how much must have been destroyed when Anakin attacked. Been doodling this parent and child while watching and will probably do more.

Not Star Wars (but we can pretend it is) but in the last days of Mer-may I figured I should participate. I could draw a fun pose, or a fun design of a Star Wars character, or make use of the proportion work I’ve been doing… but all I wanna do is draw a cute gal who may or may not eat you.
