Is anyone hoping for a kiss between Sol and Ji-Wan? Like I know it’s a Korean drama, but like it’s on jtbc which aired Seonam high school detectives, but I also know they received a lot of backlash for that kiss, so I’m of the fence about it.

The writers and directors seem to be pretty bold, like there was an actual sex scene which I was shocked about lol

My heart breaks for Sol. I think Sol has liked Ji-Wan for a long time, you could sense it when she said “Stop making me get my hopes up”, she’s never believed that Ji-Wan would ever feel the same way. And Ji-Wan i think was completely oblivious in the beginning but now I think she knows there’s something there but is also kind of in denial about it, that’s why I can’t take her confession as romantic just yet. I think it all depends on what happens after and how Ji-Wan responds, whether she’s going to pretend it didn’t happen or not remember at all.

The acting and story are absolutely brilliantly executed and just overall beautiful.
