I went and self-published a poetry book, it feels like a cop out to me (I think that's just some left over stigma). It took me 2 years to write and now here it is!

For your leucism channel: the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium in Omaha has a leucistic alligator. Everyone in Nebraska loves him (even though he's technically on loan, he's been there since I was a kid), and we always have to go see him when we go because he's my brother's favorite.

He had surgery last year to pull coins from his stomach that people kept tossing in his enclosure, and I feel the need to also say: please do not throw anything into zoo enclosures. It can hurt the animals.

When I bake or cook in general (or even make drinks like horchata or ☆special coffee☆) I like to look up only the basic ingredients and then make up the rest as I go to give me some agency in life.

Do I end up with shitty french toast and wasting lots of eggs? Yes. Does my aunt own egg laying hens? Also yes. Not even inflation can stop me from making the worlds ugliest pie.

In the end it usually turns out okay and I think that's because I understand the gist of 'How Not to Burn Things' and 'Don't Mix Cinnamon in Your Goolash'.

A few weeks ago I ran out of my antidepressants and I thought to myself: "let's see how long I can go without antidepressants" because I like challenging myself and I like doing difficult things

I cannot stress how bad this idea was. please do not be like me. I have gained nothing from this experience, I don't know what I was thinking I would gain. there is no glory in suffering

Please don't do this, you could have physical and mental withdrawals and they will make you sick and you will hate everything and you could end up doing something that hurts you or that you can never come back from depending on your conditions(') severity or what medication you were on etc. If you want off your meds or you ran out please talk to a doctor or go to a pharmacy. They should give out mercy doses (the pharmacy) and tell you how to go forward to avoid any incidents from happening I almost lost my cousin to this recently.

When I was weening off a medication I had panic attacks every day it is NOT fun and it is NOT good for you. Please be safe.
