The #beer of beers currently on tap at Jackson's Corner right now is Boneyard's Suge Knite, an Imperial Stout. Out of necessity & curiosity I recently requested a variation which involves a topper of two shots of chilled espresso. It's proven twice to be a good decision — and has received a special commendation by the Northwest Association of Drinks Meddlers. Yes, give it a try.
