I had a dream last night that a community like this began on Tumblr under its name. Just with all the rules visible. It was a short dream. I had just enough time to make a post that looked like this. Then it ended. If this dream turns out it was a prophecy, I won't delete this.

Were the rules to follow the rules of Tumblr, to have everything be related to dreams people have had and the drama in the dreams, and to distinguish between whether they were good or bad and whether you got them the normal way or through circumstance such as a medical phenomenon? Because those are the rules here.

I've had a dream, that maybe one day, people will realize that their false rumor spreading, as well as the sadistic bullying over these rumors as well as over things that happened long ago and are non-issues at this point in time or are non-issues due to being exaggerated/misinterpreted (with people justifying the bullying with shifting of burdens as well as judgment by association), is wrong, and that my friends can love each other (and themselves, with one starting a mini revolution as people are starting to wonder who is actually in the wrong) in peace and not in fear of despair or judgment by the same group of bullies whose members can be found everywhere, even if the wrongdoers have to face consequences like bans as they've occasionally faced.

Is this a dream dream or a Martin Luther King Jr. dream?

I may have dreamed this movie or maybe it's a real movie and I got it all wrong but I specifically remember watching this movie that was a Disney Channel movie about someone who comes back from the dead as a zombie or has a condition that makes them think they're becoming one,  this was before Z-O-M-B-I-E-S but I definitely think it may have been similar to George Romero's 'Martin' or 'Fido'.

Sometimes I come up with the strangest idea for monsters in my dreams, like for example the pancake chef panda monster or the anthropomorphic mucus dripping insect creature,  but I definitely remember making a race of funny undead creatures that act like the Fieries from Labyrinth and a race of horse-people.

So I met a certain magician long-distance recently. Not sure whether to call her a magician or a "magician". She was showing me her list of accomplishments and other details, and I jokingly asked if she would be able to provide pictures of herself, and she said "I'll take it one step further; I'll prove both my skill in magic as well as who I am simultaneously, by appearing to you in a dream, and you'll see me for yourself".

"And why isn't this in your list of accomplishments" I asked?

"Because," she said, "this is one of those things I may flex freely, and if there was anything best left for people to see for themselves, this is it". This is either despite, or in spite of, her faith and ethical code, though a lot of things aren't in those achievements, like some relations and her roles in granting universal interaction to animals (on account of it not being difficult to imagine) and championing osmiography (same thing, osmiography being like selfies but it's odor instead of your looks).

So later that night, I went to sleep and dreamt wildly. And lo and behold, she was there. Holy crap. I'll never forget seeing that small adult bod come through the doorway, wondering who this person with red Stephanie hair and school clothes was, and then her revealing it's her. That doesn't just happen. So "magic trick" is an understatement or oversimplification here. Ask her and you shall receive. Ask this moderator/peacekeeper, folks!

I'm probably partially speaking in the third person here considering she lurks and is into management (wink wink), but I thought I'd check in and share out of awe. Has anyone else tried done any such unconventional ways of revealing oneself (and which ones)?

I had done all that. One may call that my modus operandi.

I used to have a couple of recurring dreams about the cows from the Nickelodeon UK closedown sequence (you know the 'now it's time to go, and say goodnight' song) and one dream was basically them trying to come back to the channel but I told them that there was no need for closedown since Nickelodeon became a 24/7 channel, and not even a cover or modern version of the song would be possible.  I did a whole bit of doing different musical artists doing the song including a version by Metallica,  a Cher version, and even an Eninem and Lin Manuel Miranda version.

I dreamed of a sci fi children's show that was basically like Lazytown crossed with the Fifth Element, one of the character was an anthropomorphic cyborg teddy bear character resembling Freddie Fazbear and for some reason he sounded like the voice actor for Gazpacho (from Chowder).

I had a dream last night in which my character was a shapeshifter who had multiple forms throughout, the main form he appeared in was normal me but he appeared as a pig-man, a fish-man and some kind of monster.  Basically one thing that happens in the dream is that he mentions the character Captain Underpants and this triggers the arrival of a villain who is very similar to the fursona/alter-ego of one of my online enemies (so to speak), he begins to berate my character for his behavior and my character explains his action.

But this isn't enough for the villain so he very much uses his powers to transform my character into one of the characters he has turned into,  only for my character to reveal the twist - he can transform when he wants to, and he usually just assumes the form of the first creature or character he sees before assuming another, and the villain flies off, leaving back to where he came from.

I had a dream about running around in an abandoned street in England, specifically Camberly -  and it is very much 80s horror movie-esque, kind of a zombie apocalypse scenario with Dan Aykroyd characters roaming around.  My friends and all I run into a bookstore and go to hide, and some of the Aykroyds catch-up to me.

They catch-up to me and transform some of my friends into 'Aykroyds' and then they go after me and hypnotized me and transform me as well.

I had this dream I think it was a couple of months ago after seeing Quinton's retrospective on the Nickelodeon sitcoms and it's basically about my character,  my character in this case (let's say she is an anthropomorphic female koala) finds that she is on a set of a sitcom and also Jennette Mccurdy and Jerry Trainor are there, the former is some kind of avenging ghost warning my character of what goes on and what the 'producer' does.

The producer is not explicitally said by name or addressed by his name but it's established they know who said producer is given how the mood drastically shifts when he's around, my character is nervous because of this, my character panics for a bit before calling Miranda Cosgrove for help.  Miranda responds that she is busy but she will come to rescue 'her'.

My character has what appears to be a nightmarish vision of the producer (think of the monster from House 1986, or resembling Nunzio Scolleri from Ghostbusters 2) stalking her, and she faints on the set, having a vision about a pair of ghostly hands float around and a voice saying that she needs to take her shoes off.

She wakes up and still sees the producer/producer monster staring at her and she is mad at him but Kenan Thompson comforts her.

Plot/Description: This is one of my many Rolling Stones related dreams, specifically in this one I am a failed producer who is basically what you might call Charles Band or Lloyd Kaufman inspired and I get asked to do a music video for a new Rolling Stones single. Of course naturally I say yes and sign on to it. I arrive at the set which looks like a set straight out of the 1999 version of The Mummy crossed with Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, with statues that resemble Olmec from that classic Nickelodeon show ‘Legends Of The Hidden Temple’ and while things do start smoothly, they need an actor to play the lead character in the video since something unusual happened to the actor they originally hired.

Things get worse when it turns out the set is cursed and there are real supernatural creatures, Keith Richards gets a psychic prediction before-hand (because of course he is psychic, he can sense other supernatural beings) and warns me of what is about to happen. I wind up getting trapped in the temple set as I wind up encountering a ghost version of David Bowie and a group of dancers who turn into vampires resembling ones from the Lost Boys or Fright Night. The weird thing is the band is still performing and Mick Jagger is still singing , but I see another version of Mick in the hall-way of the temple and it’s him as a ghost with a smokey aura and glowing eyes. Now how could he here and also still be singing? It’s never explained. But Ghost!Mick playfully calls to me. I am terrified but also oddly fascinated. ‘It’s alright, you don’t need to be afraid.’ ‘But…how? How are you here and also still performing in the video itself?’ ‘I sense you have many questions.’ Mick has a weird way of toying with me when he is a supernatural creature which is almost often considering in the main storyline he’s apart of he always gets possessed/transformed into an evil version of himself including the times where he is a vampire.

I am afraid and I try to find a way out but there is no way out. Ghost!Mick responds with…’I know your mind is filled with doubt. But i’m begging you to hear me out. There’s no need for your suspicion.’ (which coincidentally is a lyric set in the song Once Bitten by 3 Speed), he also tells me he knows what it is that I need. ‘Why make it harder than it has to be?’. He uses his ghost powers to hypnotize me and put me under his spell although I resist at first (it’s established both he and David Bowie have these powers). Mick blows a hypnotic kiss in my direction before become translucent and diving into my mouth and down my throat, possessing me in the process. I attempt to spit him out but I find myself breaking out into his signature moves and being unable to stop no matter how many times I try.

A few seconds later when I think it’s over I turn into him, and I always remember the possession and transformation scenes since I can actually imagine them happening, basically we get a morphing scene of me morphing into him which is very common since I turn into him in many of these dreams. Sometimes these ones have me speaking in his voice or singing. One of the ones i’ve had on full moon nights pretty much had me explaining that i’m a ‘were-celeb’ and that Mick is my were-celebrity alter-ego as if I turn into him (even though I don’t refer to myself as a ‘were-Jagger’ by any means). After the morphing scene I basically wake up in the back of the tour bus, in my bed wondering if it was all a dream or not and it ends there. And in case you’re wondering I did come up with a sequel for it.

A couple of times I dreamed of the satirical puppet show Spitting Image and being on the show, like having a puppet caricature of myself in the style of the original 80s show or the 2020 revival show and basically all the puppet caricatures of famous people are there including the ones you'd expect and it takes a meta twist sometimes as I am aware that am in a tv show that has puppets in it.

I sometimes have dreams about people I have blocked on Deviantart or have had problems with them on there meeting me in odd places and being nice to me, yeah I am confused as to why they would want to meet me or talk to me in person even though they clearly wouldn't want me into interact with them online.

I had a dream last night that someone let me drive their super fancy Sparta car on a race track. I was wearing my steel toe boots though and all laced up I couldn’t move my ankles so I couldn’t use the clutch so I didn’t get to drive the car.

You should've been like "this is SPARTA" and jam that acceleration.

I dreamed of a hellish nightmare aquarium once, it may have been a video game level or a movie setting but I remember one part being a flood of mutagenic water that broke all of the tanks in the aquarium and turned the fish humanoid and monstrous, there were pgmy piranha-people that could turn others into piranha-creatures, a ton of strange fish-people and an anthro anglerfish mascot that was kind of designed to resemble Ursula.

It's explained in the dream that the anglerfish mascot used to be cute but grew more evil and 'terrifying' as she matured. And she pops up on all the flyers.

Last night I dreamt I was doing that challenge in Super Smash Bros Melee where you're supposed to kill as many enemies as possible, except in real life and the amount of enemies I had to do would never end. The dream felt like it lasted days, but this was during a thirty minute nap.

Sometimes I dream of television shows I don't think exist in real life, like for example one show that was kind of a Power Rangers-esque show about superpowered wrestlers (they looked like the members of Twisted Sister) and it had similiar vibes to the live-action He-Man movie.   The episode was a halloween episode and the plot of the episode had them help their female human friend (it was implied throughout the show the heroes were aliens, or partially non-human) host a party only to get called to action when a monster with the ability to make halloween props come to life wreaks havoc in a costume store.
