Everything about you is valid.

From your sexuality to your gender.

From your body type to your skin.

It doesn’t matter if people think you are weird.

It doesn’t matter if people think you look odd.

It doesn’t matter if you aren’t perfect in their eyes.

You are you.

You are valid.

You are beautiful.

You are amazing.

If they can’t appreciate that then it’s their loss.

Their judgments should not affect your own judgement of you.

Because you should know better than anyone that you are perfect in your own special way.

Everyone is.

Everyone should be respected.

That includes you too.

I don’t understand why people find the need to judge other people’s hobbies/interests. It’s stupid to say “ew this person likes this certain thing that I don’t really like/listen to/know anything about. I’m going to tell them what they like is bad”

No! That’s mean and it makes others feel sad and invalidated!

Just because someone likes something that is different than what you like doesn’t mean what they like is bad or “trashy”!

Instead of insulting someone’s interests go try to see what they like about said thing or just leave it alone!
