I just died
To all the people taking the bar this week
The only feeling I have left going into day 1 of the bar
“You’re taking the bar next week? Oh my gosh that is SO exciting!”
When you realize that the bar exam has actually turned you into the Grinch
You’re constantly irrationally angry at other human beings
You can never decide what you want to work on that day
You’ve basically given up on trying to do well
You’re unable to care about anything
You’re kind of torn between wanting to interact with humans, but not really.
Stress eating is all eating
You’ve slowly descended into madness
You’re schedule is completely booked
My essay strategy:
“Oh wow, the bar is only a week away. That went by fast. How are you feeling?”
MBE Questions
When I answer an essay question but come to the wrong conclusion
The 8 Stages Of Grief While Studying For The Bar Exam
Stage One: Regret. Typically Occurs When You Receive Your Study Material And Begin Studying For The Bar Exam.
Stage Two: Boredom. Happens After The First Few Weeks Of Studying. You May Experience Some Apathy, But Don’t Worry, This Quickly Disappears.
Stage Three: Depression. Happens 25-30 Days Before The Exam, Usually Coinciding With BarBri’s Midterm Practice Exam.
Stage Four: Anger. This Is Typically Present Throughout The Entire Grief Process, Especially When You Are Around Non-Law School People. However, This Stage Is At Its Highest About Two Weeks Before The Exam.
Stage Five: Panic a/k/a The Great Super Depression. Experienced The Entire Week Before The Exam.
Stage Six: Kill Mode. Bar Exam Time. The Time Where If Anything Goes Wrong, You Will Most Likely Go On A Killing Spree.
Stage Seven: Impatience. This Will Last Typically 3-4 Months Until Exam Results Are Released.
Stage Eight: Acceptance. The Day Of Results. And Remember, No Matter The Result, You Must Go Do Something Fun.
