What lighting works are taking place?
All car park decks, lobbies and stair wells will have new LED lighting and emergency lighting for your safety and security.
Why are Buchanan Galleries considering these works?
To save electricity and carbon and to improve the lighting for the car park users, improved ambience, and for better quality CCTV images.
Who are Advanced Power & Lighting?
We are a specialist design & build contractor providing lighting and other energy saving solutions in shopping centres, schools, hospitals, commercial and industrial premises throughout the UK. Our head office is in Bournemouth with several regional offices.
What is the Considerate Constructors Scheme?
The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a non-profit-making, independent organisation founded in 1997 by the construction industry to improve its image.
Construction sites, companies and suppliers voluntarily register with the Scheme and agree to abide by the Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.
The Scheme is concerned about any area of construction activity that may have a direct or indirect impact on the image of the industry as a whole. The main areas of concern fall into three categories: the general public, the workforce and the environment.
