Pistol Dagger

Dated: circa 1850

Culture: British (manufactured for the Orient)

The weapon has round faceted barrels with lugs, gilt engraved and decorated, and marked ‘London’. The swan neck plate and hammer have a flat body, while the gilt copper accessories feature decoration of flowers, foliages and military trophies. The walnut stock and rod have some checkering and are ornated with plated incrustations and silver threading and thumb rest.
