On this date in 2019 we saw Almourol Castle which once belonged to the Knights Templar, located on a hill in the Tagus River in Portugal. We came back and explored the castle the following day.

1/3 photos from my birthday, 31/08/22. it was a chill summer day, overcast but not rainy, breezy but not windy, and I still remember the distinct freshness of the previous night's rain. as per tradition, I went on a hike with my wonderful better half and selfishly hogged his film camera (gift from me) to take somewhat mediocre, yet rich with memory, photos that I still scroll through fondly. part one of three is: fields and their inhabitants.
