Samantha "When I make my flight, I'm the devil , But when I stay the night, then we drink, And we stay up and fight 'bout the childhood lie, That we both had the courage to leave" Fraser or Deena "Cause if I call you out, I'm an asshole, But I tell the truth when I drink, So come home, let's fight 'bout the childhood lie, We don't care what the other one thinks" Johnson
GOING TO SEE HEATHERS LIVE TOMORROW WOAH!!!
Something I want to see in season 4:
Callie gets stuck in a lethal situation that only Shauna can get her out of. Maybe Jeff is there too but he is in no capacity to help. When Shauna hears about this, she realises that the mess Callie is in was caused by one of Shauna's own action.
And in that moment, I want adult Shauna to turn into young Shauna and she is terrified and the only thing running through her mind is "this is not happening, this is not happening again." She is not losing someone she loves again like this, she is not losing her child Again. Insert frozen Jackie and wilderness baby flashback.
Callie is terrified and she is not sure that her mother will come to rescue her. She is not sure if her mother loves her enough to step into this mess forget about having the ability to get her out of it. But still she wants her Mom.
Enters Shauna. Though this is not the somewhat passive, repressed memories and instincts, adrenaline seeking Shauna Sadecki. This is Shauna Shipman, the Butcher of the Yellowjackets, straight out of the wilderness, her mind sharper than it has been in ages, violence curling beneath her skin. The situation soon resolves itself because an angry Shauna might be scary but a terrified Shauna is an absolute catastrophe.
Callie gets a front row seat to this version of her mother and she finally understand what Lottie had meant that night. She is now terrified for entirely different reasons. But when Shauna reaches her, Callie couldn't believe her own senses but her mother is actually worried. This is not an emotion that she even remembers seeing from her mother. At that point, Callie breaks and embraces her Mom and finally finally let herself be a child for a moment, now that she is sure that her Mom is there for her atleast for this single moment.
And Shauna is relieved. The tragedy did not occur again. She was not powerless to stop it and she had not been late. She finally allows herself a moment of happiness, finally connecting with her daughter.
I know that the chances of Shauna surviving season 4 are not very bright but I wish some version of the above scenario takes place before she dies. It will also tie very well with Shauna's arc where she either doesn't get what she wants or gets in a way that is empty of all meaning.
every depressed person you know is posting noah kahan’s album announcement like their husband just returned from war
i am cringe but i am not free 💔 im cringe and extremely self conscious
Jackie Taylor did the thing that every teenager wants to do at least once — die after a petty argument so that everyone will feel fucking guilty for the rest of their lives
I aspire to be her petty ass sometimes
reblog this to have a Happy Wildcat New Year™
not enough people reblogged this last year we gotta really try this time to have a Happy Wildcat New Year™
in your teens you may discover a certain musical that has slightly queer undertones... it is imperative you become obsessed with this musical for character development

Yellowjackets things people should talk more about
Misty feels guilty about Shauna's baby.
Misty is capable of guilt she just constantly justifies it to herself till eventually the emotions and the truth want to explode out of her.
Tai is dangerous, but she constantly had to push that side her down as female woman of color who is a lesbian. The trauma of her grandmother's death helped create this split in her where she can push all her dangerous side into.
Jackie has no social awareness till someone points it out to her.
Misty and Jackie are two types of autistic.
Nat is just as freaky as Misty, its just she's better at making it come off as '90s punk I dont care' vibe.
The guys let Misty be their caregiver for everything in the wilderness. You know a teen who yes did red cross babysitting training, but is also a teenager like them. Yet is someone they also bully on the regular. Who they still bully on the regular.
Nat was the only one who knew about the transponder thing. Let that sink in. She took that secret to her grave.
What do the yellowjackets think about Mistynat interactions since they don't know about the transponder thing? Did they ever stop to think, hey when did you two get close?
Shauna had to go to two funerals for Jackie.
How did they get Shauna onto that rescue plane without leaving her or killing her? I really want to know because its Shauna..
Nat was keeping eyes on Misty too because she knew where she lived and where she worked.
"Shauna had to go to two funerals for Jackie"
it’s shocking to me how many people don’t know that mari, akilah and gen’s plan was separate from van and nat’s. mari wasn’t supposed to be the decoy and that’s what’s so tragic about her! she didn’t sacrifice herself! she didn’t want to die!!!!! she wanted to go home and survive just as much as the rest of them! they were trying to take shauna and lottie out as revenge for what they think they put the group through. mari didn’t even KNOW that natalie had the phone or that she was going to save something. mari didn’t want to die, she wasn’t the decoy, she wasn’t some selfless sacrifice. she wanted to live just as badly as the rest of them did and that’s what’s so sad about her
