THE PARTS LIST FOR THE "SWEET TOOTH" DCA MAP IS OUT NOW!

For those who were not able to read the info, it's very simple:

36 parts total for this MAP, which are split like so (in order);

14 Sun parts

13 Moon parts

9 Eclipse parts

You may notice that some of the numbers are underlined through each section. These are parts of the main chorus for each section, which has specific notes that animators need to take into account that I will explain in the discord server once everything is properly organized.

What is this MAP about? The DCA! And our love for them as a community for the past 5 years! This means using "canonical" designs (or your interpretation of them) in animation however! If you are able to convince me, you may slip minor references to AUs (yours or others) into your part if you so wish! This will also be a DCA x Y/N based MAP, though you are more than welcome to take a part that doesn't focus on the Y/N aspect (such as the first 4 parts of the Sun section) is you are not into that!

When's the deadline? Preferably a week before the anniversary of FNAF: SB, so the 9th of December, 11:59 PST! That gives animators 7 months to work on their parts!

How do you sign up for a part? Simple! DM me here on Tumblr for a specific part that you would like to animate to, and I will check the roster to see if it is available! If it's not, you can still sign up for any other part you'd like that IS still up for grabs! Once you are signed up, you can hand over your discord handle to me and I will add you to the server once it's ready!

What do I need to sign up? Not much! So long as you can animate in some way (even if it's more animatic-y) you've already basically secured a spot! I want a variety of skill levels and artstyles in this, to highlight the community and how we love the DCA in our own ways!

Applications close in 2 weeks, on the 9th of May!

IMPORTANT ADDITION THAT I FORGOT TO ADD, PLEASE REBLOG THIS VERSION IF YOU CAN!!

THIS MAP IS PARTIALLY SCRIPTED!

It's not fully I want to clarify! I want people to be able to still have some creative freedom with their parts, however I do want each part to try and nicely flow into each other if possible!

It's nothing major! Just placements and general movement through each part (like sun wallowing in the ballpit, or a certain action I want a character to do!)

To make it simpler, I will give spaces that are definitely scripted!

Any part with the words "I double tap my chest" (Sun part 1 and Moon part 7) in which animators have to incorporate that action in their animation

The transition parts, which involve a switching sequence between the DCAs, which I will describe in more detail during the actual event!

Any reference to "you" or any variation of that pronoun has to have the DCA interacting with Y/N in some way, directly or indirectly.

The underlined ones! I didn't want to clarify them, like an idiot, but if we're going over scripted parts I may as well address them. Those ones need to flow seamlessly into one another, so animators will need to keep in tabs with each other and how they each start/end their scene. I will make a proper guide for them to go off of, don't worry! And animators that you are working with WILL be shared on the discord server!

Some things I have to clarify as well:

While Y/N doesn't HAVE to appear in scenes where there isn't a "you", you are still more than welcome to still incorporate them!

Both Canon AND BW eclipse (or glitch eclipse, whatever you call him) are allowed for the eclipse section! we love both in this house, and need to show them both love!

While some areas are scripted, I still want the animators with those parts to have creative control over what they decide to do. like making a skeleton for a sculptor to work off of

I would like to apologize profusely in advance if any ideas you had were suddenly taken away because of this. This was my fault, I planned that initial post out in a shitty matter without adding pretty important points, and I am sorry for that.

I hope that you still want to participate as a result however!

Hi guys! First of all, there have been a TON of you signing up, which is incredibly surprising and exciting! It's nearly been 2 days, and already half of the spots available have been taken (as of me making this post)! LIKE!!! WOW!!! YAY!!!

There is a small update due to some refining of the scripting:

Eclipse part 7 is no longer underlined!

Besides that, the discord server for participants is currently under construction, and everyone currently signed up will be added as soon as it has been created!

There is still roles open for assistants! Please be mindful of the requirements:
