all started bc my fave athlete rn is this nepo son of the manager. he has multiple kids who play professionally, but the older ones are worse, not good enough for the club he manages, so the youngest most talented is the only one getting managed by him - hes a complete daddies boy.

their dynamic is lowkey toxic af, bc 1) the manager will sub off his son immediately as punishment if he starts flopping even a little bit mid game (something he doesnt always/immediately do to others). 2) pushes him so hard the entire game son is overworked. often carrying the team one game but then flopping the next game bc of this; seems like a product of his mindset to prove his worth as his own man and not just the "son of," which is why hes known only by his first name. 3) whenever the manager is asked ab favourite/best players for a fun quiz he picks everyone else over his son and says he separates the player from his son... now there has to be some weird as hell private family dynamics bc of this. with all this youd think maybe the son is not that great and yet he is one of the top players for the club currently.
