Step by step takes you a long way!
It has only been a little over a year since I’ve fully committed to working on my  physical health..and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been! This has not been an easy process, it took me a while to pick up, it was often easier to stay in bed than push myself to go for a nice morning jog. I started slowly, once a week, then two to three times until one day it just clicked. My body started asking for physical activity.
For all the ladies and gents, if this is something you have been wanting to do as well, I recommend to not think about it too much, just get your butts off the couch, put on your runners and off you go! Even if it’s for 10 minutes.
What you wear can be helpful when exercising, I’m generally not too  demanding as long as I’m comfortable and feel free to move in every which way i desire . Now shoes…that’s another story! Â
I wanted to share with you some photos I had the pleasre of doing with STR/KE MVMNT.
I ended up taking a pair of the  Chill pills sneakers with me!  Honestly, they have been one of the best pair of running shoes I have purchased. They are super light, comfortable, an incredibly cute!!
