When I am taking down names for the waitlist at Black Sheep I have to remember which party matches the reservation. The guy who trained me told me to write down a note about their appearance in the corner of the reservation to help me find them again.  I make these notes hurriedly, usually while trying to multi task.  I found this list from last night when I came into work today. This is what I had written: - 30ish

note: our store is right next to the rockclimbing gym ‘vertical endeavors’ so we get a lot of rock climbers
