I was watching a goth girl decorate her MacBook when I heard her say that she was going to get her boyfriend to build her desk because that was a "boy job", and it pissed me off so badly that I paused everything I was doing to rant. How has society gotten to the point that goth girls are submissive to the most blatant of patriarchal concepts.
