Forgive my ignorance but what is project deku?

Project Deku Aka Athletic Hero Build for Copyright purposes is a Unisex program I have been working on since December with a Bunch of Fitness Professionals, Guidance councilors and nutritionists to basically be a real life version of All Might’s AIM to PASS the AMERICAN DREAM Plan from My Hero Academia

It is a 10 month program to help people become strong athletic and aesthetic like Deku did

Now back in 2016 I did make my own workout program for My Hero Academia before on my channel you can watch and try right here.

But this one I’ve been working with a bunch of people to make it 10 months to increasingly become more difficult we sat at a round table and discussed the best stuff to incorporate, so as your strength improves you can keep challenging yourself. Also a schedule and meal plan, increase confidence in yourself and much more

I’ll do a full video on it and have more information soon enough but that’s the jist of what it is. 

Right now I’m just waiting for my TEAM to finish

One of the main things I want this program to do is help people feel better about themselves so it will help increase physical strength and the way a person looks but also I really wanted to help people develop mental strength and self confidence in themselves. I always see a ton of people inspired and motivated by My Hero Academia but either dont know how to go about it or burn out to quick so I talked to some professionals on tips for helping some who are shy come out of their shell and enjoy life to the fullest.
