The way a scared little boy grew up protecting himself from horrible monsters, saw the worst horrors no young boy should ever have to endure, to then take care of his father of whom he was separated from for 40 years, because it was too much for his father to take in. He has been called weird, creepy, strange, (worse?), yet is still there for people despite others continuously letting him down and not listening to him.

Victor deserves more than what he gets. And yet, he still wants to prepare people for the what ifs and the what's to come. He's been there, and help him if Ethan should follow in his footsteps.

From is so funny because it's SO HORROR that it gets a bit silly, but then you have Harold Perrineau, one of the greatest actors of our time, putting his whole fucking pussy into it like he is in the prestigiest of dramas, and the combination is just the absolute tits. Great show.

I am just saying, Scott McCord does not get nearly enough praise for playing Victor on From. To play such an odd, traumatized, stunted man with such complexity and depth when it could easily veer into stereotypes is masterful! You’ve no doubt this man has been through some horrific shit but he is so gentle and courageous while never losing that fragility and innocence.

I just love this character so much and want to make him feel safe.

i loveeeee the way this show does horror. 4.07 is one of my favorite episodes of the season so far. at this point we're over the shock value of the monsters, and the huge action set pieces can be a lot of fun, but it's really the quiet moments like these that make From one of the cleverest works of horror currently airing. the creatures come out at night but the uncanny or impossible waking moments create a constant sense of dread

They should just bite the bullet and make a female James Bond. Hot, athletic, suave. She wears tuxedos with a somewhat feminine cut, drinks vodka martinis, drives sports cars, and goes by "James", because why not.

Also, because this is incredibly important to Bond for some reason, she needs to be an incredibly predatory, womanizing lesbian. Some perfectly happy married straight woman needs to become gay by the end of the movie.

We live in the future, and we can admit that all of the cool things that a Male James Bond can do are things a Female James Bond can do. But at all costs, we need to avoid making this thing feel "woke" of self-aware. If Female Bond is not exactly as toxic and awesome as any of the male ones, we will have failed, and might as well be making another franchise.

So, unlike Eridians, we discovered fire very early on and so our civilization kinda grew up with combustion right? We've had thousands of years to normalize it and get comfortable with the idea of using it casually for warmth or cooking etc.

In contrast, Eridians had to discover fire in a lab since their atmosphere doesnt have O2 like ours. So they dont have, like, an entire culture normalizing fire.
