ok so i’m in this group chat for queer people at my uni and the doctor who special aired today which i’ve been anticipating for months,,

but like these idiots keep being like “no spoilers in the chat” which i get obviously, but like so many different people have said it??? like you don’t need to keep saying no spoilers because like no one would be a dick like that.

the only thing i said regarding the new special was that I thought it was like really good and also that Miriam Margolyes (i don’t know if that’s the correct spelling of the last name lol) was really good as The Meep.

then someone else in the gc was like “8 minutes is too early to be saying who/what is in it”…….

like sorry but the trailers have been out for weeks AND Miriam was confirmed to be in the special since SEPTEMBER. if you didn’t know she was in it then that’s on YOU. if you didn’t know about the character then that’s on YOU. if you haven’t seen the trailer or read any news about it you’ve had weeks to do that.
