OMG!!! I don’t like the Marvel crossover either!!!!!
I love PnF and Marvel, but when they came together in Mission Marvel, it bugged me that I couldn’t tell if it was canon or not! (In Phineas and Ferb I mean. OBVIOUSLY it was non-canon in the Marvel universe).
PLUS, in the PnF episode The Beak, Candace points out that flying men are impossible (which she uses to determine that the guy in the super suit is actually her brothers). But if flying super suits are impossible in the Dwanpyverse, then Iron Man shouldn’t exist. And we all know from Mission Marvel that Candace was a closeted fan of the Avengers team.
I am ignoring the reference to the literal satellite workshop in the Milo Murphy’s Law crossover (Phineas and Ferb could’ve built that offscreen at any time, it didn’t have to be in the Marvel episode) and everything in Hamster and Gretel (clearly it takes place during the next school year, based on minor details).
Whereas the Star Wars crossover stated that it was non-canon from the beginning!!!

The Flynn Fletcher family only chose him because Perry was looking both at Phineas and Ferb at the same time. Without Ferb I doubt they adopted Perry
So the question becomes, will Agent P still be Doof’s nemesis in the new timeline but with a different host family, or will Doof have a different nemesis? And if it’s a different nemesis, are we looking at a timeline where Doof has taken over

Also, maybe someone's already pointed this out in a previous episode, but it's interesting that even Adrien's new room seems to have that same feature that the room downstairs has, where the light filtering through the curtains here still look like the bars of a prison...
