i am Thinkimg . about the Character. and listening to a Song. i a m sure this will not have repercussions
in another diary entry on this site i had such a lovely lovely day yesterday. it was absolutely PERFECT weather with clear skies and mid-70s temps and a light persistent breeze. i went to the new farmer's market and bought a cinnamon roll and then i went to the bookstore where i bought a candle i then lost to get a return only to learn they had it bc the guy just forgot to put it in my bag so i got my candle back. and then i went to a nearby park that turns out is so so wooded and beautifully shady and picturesque and has pretty water features and so many benches and gazebos with picnic tables to sit at and i took a nice stroll and read some of my book for like an hour or more and just enjoyed the sun and the breeze and then i went home and made soup. and THEN i went to a concert for a band i like that i only learned was happening just that morning but luckily i suppose they're still small enough that tickets were still available for me to buy then and there at 10am day of so i did and went and the openers and the band were so fun and energetic and i had a wonderful time there too. really really good day yesterday. yay!!!!!!

for like a year+ i haven't had periods for probably hormonal reasons so i finally got put on birth control to see if that'd regulate and induce them and whaddya know!! i got to the sugar pill section and i sure as shit am having a period!!
so i've spent all day swinging between "YAY! I'M BLEEDING!" and "augh ow why the FUCK did i agree to experience cramps again"

it's so funny how immune i am to hustle culture. people will talk about taking breaks for their mental health and how difficult it was for them to do what was right for them and i'm like. it's absolutely unreal how quickly i'll dump something i don't want to do anymore.

funniest thing to ever happen was when my boyfriend put on the first episode of columbo (which i'd never seen) but he wouldn't tell me what show it was he would only say "you'll get it when he shows up." but a fun fact about the first episode of columbo is that he doesn't show up for 32 minutes and when he does, he silently walks into the room with a cigar and does a little pose and goes "hi i'm columbo."
