I'm not generally a fan of Kelly Osbourne but I have to admit this dress is beautiful! It's pretty without being too girly and compliaments her skin tone perfectly!

Also admiring  her sleek lilac hairdo which, alright; I'll admit I secretly wish I had the courage (or attitude) to pull off so effortlessly 

-However without a doubt those shoes have to go.
