Being a queer witch in an Arab country can be hell until you learn to just not give a fuck. At some point I stopped caring about othersโ opinions and the shit they said about gay people because there are Muslims that do support.
I want to change the idea that Arabs are all homophobic. White people can be homophobic and they do share the majority of that group actually. All my queer friends are Arab and I love all of them.

We are going to start off with spirituality then witchcraft, they do kinda tie together for me.
I believe that a โsourceโ or god exists. She had this โi amโ moment which turned into the universe and souls. She wants us to learn about everything there is to learn and come back to her with that information.
Our souls are fragments of he, therefore we can manipulate the energy of this life. Every planet has this โcouncilโ right, every member of said "council" governs a certain section of life. That is why I believe we have the gods, they are the "council".

Now, witchcraft. i believe witchcraft to be manipulating the energy around you, and its totally customizable. if someone says "oh rosemary is used for (insert use)" and someone doesn't agree with that, its fine. many cultures around the world held different meanings for these herbs therefore not everyone is going to agree with them.
witchcraft can literally just be burning herbs and throwing them into the wind or offering something to river nymphs for a friend to have a smooth recovery or birth, idfk. (invisible life of addie larue reference.
i hate witchtok creators that make shit up and add a standard to witchcraft. like bbg no, you don't need a diety to practice but you can work with one if you want to.
before i started doing more complex spells I literally used to burn herbs and bury them and it worked, so.
manifestation is like putting your energy into the universe and waiting for it to throw it back. witchcraft is throwing that energy like a boomerang, you don't need to wait for the universe to be like "oh shit there's some energy, lets give it back."

If someone explained this system to me a year ago, it wouldโve saved me some time. You donโt have to care about it or follow it. The purpose of me posting it is to help someone out there who is confused or interested in learning about witchcraft or spirituality. Mind you, the two do not go hand in hand if you donโt want it to.
From what Iโve gathered, the gods that we believe in are just souls that vibrate at a higher frequency.
Every soul and being on the planet comes from the source, we are fragments of her. Those souls learn and ascend, some go on to act as โcouncilsโ to planets hence the godsโ existenceโs.
They rule certain aspects and help us with those things in exchange for energy (offerings).
Rice or black pepper (to absorb any negative energies)
Cast a circle (I usually envision and feel energy flow around my workspace into a circle)
Set your intention (just say โmy intention is to attract luckโ)
This isnโt necessary but you can light a candle to draw strength from.
Use a pen or marker to write on the bay leaf โIโm grateful that everything goes my wayโ or โI am luckyโ (adding emotions like feeling โgratefulโ adds โจ S P I C E โจ)
Put your protection herbs in the center like rice of a fireproof bowl.
Circle rosemary and your other herbs around it.
Set the bay leaf on fire and dump it into the bowl.
Envision the energy working through the universe and your life when it has worked. Really feel it.
Put everything out and close the circle.
Take the burned herbs and bury them in any plant (just not a rotted one๐๐) or throw them into the wind.
Youโre done with your luck spell and should expect results after 7-18 business days /j. ๐๐
