Heyyy 🖖 sorry if you’ve already been asked this before—-(I legit just found your blog) but what do you think is the best way to listen to subs? I listen only at night low volume on my phone while sleeping no earbuds and have a variety of subs in my playlist haven’t gotten much results do you think I should try something else??

No need to apologize, im glad to answer questions 🥰 I also listen without earbuds at night and that works fine. Though i’ve found that listening at a comfortable volume where you can still hear the music or sounds in a detailed way(if that makes sense) is giving the best results. If you haven’t gotten results and are listening to many subs i highly suggest only focusing on one, it really works wonders. Also i suggest practicing detachment and not checking for results if you weren’t already doing that. Subs trick your brain into thinking you have a certain thing and if you constantly think about not having a certain thing and wanting it so bad it won’t work. Really hope this helps!! <3
