GBU is absolutely about how people will destroy their relationships and themselves for greed, and about 3 violent men trying to negotiate power dynamics, testing how far they can shift the delicate balance between them before one of them ends up with a bullet between their eyes
But it's also about Tuco and Blondie going through what's clearly their (at least) third divorce while Angel Eyes tries to figure out what he's done that God made it so that the only people who can lead him to his treasure are these two and their drama (while still hoping that Blondie will pick him as a rebound).
Blondie doesn't have much experience; he's only courted a few women after a few too many drinks, and occasionally pleasures himself. His secluded demeanor makes it hard to be intimate with anyone, which is why he likes to have flings with Tuco. Tuco doesn't need vulnerability from Blondie to have a good time with him.
Tuco has one-night stands with the women in saloons frequently enough that he doesn't need a long time to be satisfied. Blondie is pent up like hell and will go for multiple rounds, either until he's too sore to move or too tired to get it up again. He always sleeps like a rock afterward.
They have hate sex. Like a lot.
Tuco's style of performance relies heavily on whatever mood he's in, but he generally prefers to dominate. He and Blondie's hate sex sessions look more like a wrestling match than intercourse, but the passion is all the same. Sometimes they like to "fight" each other for dominance until they both get off.

Tuco is Very Vocal. It's hard but not impossible to get Blondie to make noise, usually soft gasps and strained grunts and the occasional curse under his breath, while Tuco could wake up all of New Mexico if Blondie didn't shut him up.
They're both sadomasochists. Blondie is a switch but enjoys taking a more submissive role around Tuco. He's a fucking beast when he doms tho LMAOO
Tuco takes aftercare more seriously than Blondie. He's usually the one to clean them both up and uses it as an excuse to fuss at Blondie for being lazy.
Blondie gets touch adversed after sex, and prefers to lay beside Tuco and share a cigar with him. Tuco usually wants to cuddle but is too embarrassed to admit it.
