How long Have I been a little?: Just over a year now, It has been my healthiest coping mechanism so far!

I do have autism, depression and anxiety. I've been in and out of therapy for around 4 years so I'll be posting on this account quite frequently.

being allowed to lay facedown on the floor and cry and cry and cry and cry and tantrum while a caregiver just rubs my back until i’m all cried out and then scoops me up and tells me we’re okay and gently rocks me back and forth until i fall asleep. and there’s no judgement and nobody gets mad at me for not being cheerful enough and i don’t get in trouble for throwing a fit and they just stay nearby and hold me. i think that would fix me

rant about the age regression community

first of all, i am an age regressor, and i love age regressing. it helps me cope with many things. but i hate interacting with the community for two main reasons.

the community is so anti ship, anti para and anti kink. i understand that many people will have things like “nsfw dni” in their bio because they don’t want to be fetishized, but do you REALLY need to put “your disgusting and horrible” afterwards? i get that you don’t want age play and abdl interactions but is it absolutely necessary to call them “a sin against humanity” (real thing i saw once.)

i hate how it’s so pushed for your regression to be “pure” and how it has to be 100% sfw or else you’re terrible. i am unable to regress without having nsfw thoughts because i am hypersexual, and have had nsfw thoughts since i was very young.

im very exhausted all the time, but when im regressed I usually nap and then have a lot more energy. also I feel a lot more girly, hence the bows and pink background. hoodies also make me feel so small, especially when the sleeves cover my hands.
