In case anyone wonders what the Japanese is saying
I just learned about this recently from a Viking reenactor! Indigo dye isn't blue until it oxidizes, so when you dye with indigo your cloth or thread doesn't come out of the water blue, it comes out and then reacts with the oxygen in the air and seems to spontaneously turn blue in front of your eyes. It's a really cool process to witness.

Also(not directed at OP but at the people who openly malign it) the genre isn't even called "stomp clap hey" it's a handful of folk, alt rock, bluegrass, and country subgenres and since the sound came out of poor, rural, non-white, and anti-gov communities current mainstream audiences treat it like it's cringe and has nothing to say to the point it's not even given the dignity of having it's actual genre and history recognized.
If you like Mumford & Son, The Lumineers, The Crane Wives, Hozier, The Oh Hellos, The Amazing Devil, The Ballroom Theives, Noah Gundersen, Passenger, Of Monsters and Men, The Decemberists, and many others, you like "Stomp Clap Hey Music".
